Raymond electric reach fork lift truck models 21, 21i, 31i, Easi Reach, and the 537 Swing. Repairs range
from minor cosmetic to complete truck rebuild/reconditioning. Requirements include inspection of and
replacement of electrical contacts, relays, and 24, and 36 volt dc drive motors, lift, auxiliary motors,
repairing faulty wiring and connectors, and electronic circuit boards, and troubleshooting fault codes as
indicated on the operator’s display, and repair hydraulic leaks, hoses, and cylinders as needed. Also
maintain LP gas and electric counter-balance truck which includes the repair of hydraulic leaks,

paper guide, motor boards, ribbon assembly, and impact hammers, and including timing and calibration
of the printer using the Documentor POS, Disk Server Unit, Oscilloscope, and Digital Multimeters. Other

stock, packaging and shipping of required items and supplies via UPS to restaurants under contract

computerized maintenance software, support equipment, and specialized measuring equipment.
Maintained applicable inspections and maintenance documentation. Additional duties: Shop Test,
Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Monitor; Assistant Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of 366
Cable Repair Shop.
