Developing adequate security measures BAX can develop their own security measures to make sure that the company has security procedures practiced in its services. The disadvantage is having security measures is some countries may have different security measures not considered by the company which may still lead to uncomplicated. This is under the assumption that each country practices different security measures which is not far from reality. b. Ensuring compliance to security measures through policies - To ensure that the company ensures compliance with its security measures. c. Knowing and gaining knowledge concerning the security procedures of every state or country and incorporating these security procedures into the entire BAX system and operations. This would be costly yet in the long run will allow the company to have efficient services. This will also allow the company to be compliant on every countrys security regulations. d. Developing a team for security purposes who will oversee whether BAX complies with security procedures in every country. They will be responsible for defining and enumerating quality measures and for researching new ways to achieve security. This would allow the company to prioritize on security of the companys operations which is not an important factor most businesses are looking for. It will allow the company to continuously find new ways to improve security. The downside is this step would cost the company at first but in the long run, after the team is fully established this step will incur minimal cost. e. Allowing customers to have real-time knowledge about the exact status of the delivery will assure them of an excellent and speedy delivery. This will allow companies to know the location of their delivery at any time. f. Shipping directly to customers, BAX will have a much faster delivery processing time. g. Creating directship program BAX can reduce supply-chain time by skipping distribution centers and shipping directly to customers. h. Extending their services not just with logistics management such as storage, documentation, shipping etc but also assist clients on how they can help customers reduce cost and time and increase efficiency and monitor the service performance.
