On July 15, 1998, the Grant Officer, U.S. Department of Labor, filed a motion to dismiss
Complainant’s request for an administrative hearing filed on February 5, 1997. The Grant
Officer has withdrawn the Final Determination in this matter, and thus Complainant’s request for
a hearing pursuant to that determination’ is moot and no basis exists for jurisdiction in this
Office.

Accordingly, Respondent’s motion is hereby GRANTED and this matter is

DISMISSED.
