Terms and Conditions of the Welcome Gifts:

1. THE PROGRAM - This Program is only available for successful applicants for principal card of CCB (Asia) Credit Cards ("Card(s)") issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited ("Bank", "we", "us" or "our") with applications made from now till November 30, 2013 (both dates inclusive) or within such extended period as we deem appropriate ("Promotion Period"), who at any time in the 6 months ending on the date of application did not hold any principal CCB (Asia) Credit Cards issued by the Bank. ELIGIBILITY - A successful applicant ("Cardmembers", "you" or "your") who fulfills spending requirement as listed below on his/her new Card will be entitled to a welcome gift ("Welcome Gift(s)") as follows: Welcome Gifts 15,000 Asia Miles OR HKD300 Cash Rebate OR One MagicView Stylish Travelling Luggage Set (28 & 20) 3. Spending Requirement Cardmembers should accumulate 108,000 bonus points on or before April 30, 2014 Free Redemption Fee

Cardmembers should spend a minimum spending of HKD4,800 in the first 3 monthly statements from Card issuance to enjoy the welcome gift.

ELIGIBLE SPENDING - Only posted transactions are counted towards the above Spending Requirement. For the avoidance of doubt, all handling/administration fees, finance charges, late charges and reversed transactions will not be counted for this purpose. APPROVAL - Your eligibility for the Welcome Gift shall be subject to our final decision (at our discretion), for which we are not obliged to provide any reason. ASIA MILES REWARDS - If you choose 15,000 Asia Miles as welcome gift, you are required to provide your Asia Miles TM membership number at time of application. The 15,000 Asia Miles will be credited to your Asia Miles account automatically within 10 weeks after your card activation date and 108,000 bonus points will be debited from your credit card account. Cardmembers should accumulate 108,000 bonus points on or before April 30, 2014. Asia Miles Rewards is only applicable to cards with activation date on or before December 31, 2013. a) Cardmembers will earn one bonus point for every HKD1 spent on retail purchases and cash advances. Only spending on retail purchases and cash advances (including by installment arrangements) will be eligible for bonus points. There are no bonus points for any other payment types such as, including but not limited to, finance charges, late charges, all account service charges and tax payment. b) The 108,000 bonus points must be fully accumulated on or before April 30, 2014 or upon card cancellation (disregard of cancellation reason) (Bonus Point Accumulation Period), whichever the earlier. If Cardmembers cannot accumulated 108,000 bonus points within Bonus Points Accumulation Period, the outstanding bonus points will be charged within 1 month after the expiry of Bonus Points Accumulation Period from the credit card Account at HKD1.2 per 100 bonus points (outstanding balance less than 100 will be rounded as 100 bonus points) without prior notice. c) Asia Miles terms and conditions apply

AUTOMATIC INSTANT TRAVEL CLUB ENROLLMENT - If you choose 15,000 Asia Miles as welcome gift, you will be automatically enrolled with Instant Travel Club and can enjoy 3 times bonus point rewards on all

local travel related transactions (include transactions at travel agencies and airline companies) and oversea retail transactions in non-Hong Kong currency (3 times bonus point reward has included the basic bonus points given under CCB (Asia) Credit Card Bonus Points Program Program). The maximum total amount of transactions eligible for the Instant Travel Club Extra Bonus Point Rewards is HKD50,000 per cardmembership year. For details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Instant Travel Club. a) Your Instant Travel Club registration will be process within 6 weeks after your card issuance date and will be effective as soon as the first day of the following month after your credit card account is opened. Extra bonus point rewards (included the basic bonus points given under the Program) will be credited to the successfully registered card account directly on the second working day after the transaction is posted. Cardmembers selected this welcome gift may exclusively enjoy Instant Travel Clubs Extra Bonus Point Rewards from next day after the card open date. b) In addition, Cardmembers selected this welcome gift can enjoy extra 2 times bonus point rewards ("Local Retail Spending Rewards") on your local retail spending (in addition to the basic bonus points given under the "CCB (Asia) Credit Card Bonus Points Program", which means 3 times bonus points in total to be received) during the 3 months period from your card issuance date. The maximum amount of Local Retail Spending Rewards per eligible principal card account to be gained is 72,000 bonus points. The following spending will not be qualified for receiving Local Retail Spending Rewards:- unposted transactions, all non-Hong Kong Currency spending, travel related transactions (include travel agencies and airline companies), balance transfers, instalment loans, all interest free instalment transactions, payment for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, autopay transactions, Octopus reloading, online bill payment, tax payment, fees and charges made or incurred (whether in relation to the Card account(s) or otherwise) and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, or which we otherwise decide are not eligible. Our records of your bonus points earned under all the above Rewards and all decisions regarding bonus point redemption shall (unless there is an obvious error) be final and binding upon you. c) Extra Bonus Point Rewards (includes Local Retail Spending Rewards and Instant Travel Clubs Extra Bonus Point Rewards earned from next day after the card open date till the membership effective date) will be credited to the principal account of Eligible Card (i) within December 2013 for cards issued in June July 2013 (ii) within March 2014 for cards issued in August October 2013 (iii) within April 2014 for cards issued in November December 2013; and shall be shown in the monthly credit card statement. Your Card account(s) should remain valid, in good standing and membership of Instant Travel Club remain valid (as determined at our discretion) by the time when the Rewards are credited. 7. CASH REBATE - If you choose HKD300 Cash Rebate, a one-off Cash Rebate will be automatically credited to Cardmembers' card account within 1 week upon fulfillment of Spending Requirement and shown in the monthly statement. Cash Rebate cannot be converted into cash, and/ or withdrawn as cash advance and is not transferable. OTHER GIFT REDEMPTION - If you choose Suitcase Twin Set, gift redemption letters will be mailed to your correspondence address within 4 to 6 weeks once you have fulfilled the Spending Requirement. RESTRICTIONS - If you cancel your Card within 12 months from the date of Card issuance, we may charge you an administration fee of HKD500 to your cancelled Card account without prior notice. If the outstanding balance of your monthly statement exceeds the prescribed credit limit of your Card account upon posting, we will charge you an overlimit fee without prior notice. Please refer to the CCB (Asia) Credit Card Cardmember Agreement for details. No change of choice of the Welcome Gift will be accepted. You may only receive one Welcome Gift, notwithstanding the number of successful applications during the program. DISCLAIMER - The validity and use of any Welcome Gift item under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier. We shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any Welcome Gift must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her payment or other obligations to us. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY - The Welcome Gifts are subject to availability at the point of redemption on first-come-first-served basis. Even if a redemption letter is issued, we may substitute another item/offer in case of non-availability. We will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.

ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS - In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
