Medical Taping Originaly coming from Japan and Korea, the mid seventies technique, revolutionised the physiotherapy world. We all know that muscles not only control the movements of the body, but they also have a great contribution in mantaining body temperature, creating enough movement for the lymphatic system and of course they affect blood circulation. The medical taping compared to the sports taping is more flexible and the tape itself is more elastic. This brings a more natural pain relief and a lack of pressure that would usually force recovery in a more stressful way. Medical taping alleviates pain and stimulates the functioning of the joints. It can be extended to Meridian Taping and Lymphatic Taping, depending on our focus. 3. Emotional Taping The daily stress in our lifes, leads to muscular pain and tension. We forget to move or even to breathe properly. Thelack

We detension the affected area so it can have enough space to breathe and get more oxygen into it. We use the tapes to gently recreate a normal enviroment for the cells to work properly again. Meditation Lavinias meditation hours : My meditation was always based on rythmic breathing techniques, with the purpose of both entering another state of mind but also to create lymph movement which automaticly starts detox. People also need to be well grounded when they go through detox and get all the energy they can from the earth. For this, we can use a short intentional bare foot walk, before the breathing exercise. Also, music is very important. I believe the right music can take you in the deep valleys of the mind and take you out refreshed and why not, with a new vision on life. 7. Reading ones body is one of the best ways to prevent disease and to release emotions that will eventually lead to illness. Widening your perceptual field and your heart, you can get to objective results, to real and clear perceptions of ones body. Our mind is able to tune into anything it focuses upon, to feel and to read accordingly. Body Reading is defining the major area of your problems, the thought pattern that lead to it and together we can even work on a solution. Usually, once you identify the thought pattern that lead to the pain in the body, then you can modify it into a creative, compassionate one. A new thought pattern that will release the tension almost imediately and it will ease the pain once you are consistent on keeping it. 10. Nutrition workshops -Your body is the Temple of GodNutrition its one domain that hasnt been properly taken care of nowadays. But, as time goes by, science came up with brilliant discoveries and they started to admit more and more that a deficient nutrition its causing many of our present days diseases. Being here, you already accepted that nutrition can change your life and that a good nutritional advice will probably give you the boost you need to stick with your decision for a healthy life. Being surrounded by people with the same purpose and participating at one of our nutritional workshops will empower you and youll hopefully be leaving with plenty of new exciting informations. Mandala Therapy Workshop

In sanskrit, the word mandala means Healing circle. Tibetans do it in their monasteries as a way of focusing and disciplining their mind. They dont only draw mandalas, but they finely blow colored dust to create the perfect shapes. Colouring a mandala has the purpose to bring you back to your center. Its not only the colouring itself, but also the colours you use and the movements you use to colour in. We start from the exterior and the we slowly go inside the drawing, inside ourselves. The peace you will feel after you finish its delightful and you will definetely feel like a child again, happy that you finished your piece of art.
