CONTACT WORK - Young Life doesn't start with a program. It starts with adults concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building authentic friendships. Young Life leaders show they care by going where kids are, meeting them as they are, believing in who they can be. Within Young Life we call this contact work. But kids just call it friendship.! CLUB - We think of club as a party with a purpose. Its controlled chaos thats hard to describe, but kids know it when they see it. Before the party ends, we share a simple message about Gods love for them; after all, thats what the celebration is all about.! CAMPAIGNERS - Young Life is more than fun and games. Campaigners helps kids learn to walk the talk live out the life of faith theyve embraced. While Young Life is not connected to any particular church, we believe church is a vital part of a relationship with Christ, and we encourage kids to become involved in a local church.! CAMP - Kids tell us that Young Life camp is the best week of their lives. How else would you describe a week where real friendships are forged in the midst of awesome fun, where you hear the truth of the Gospel taught and see the love of Jesus lived out every day?! COMMITTEE - Young Life is making a difference in the lives of kids because we are supported by adults who care about kids in their community. In each community, the local committee, comprised of parents, Young Life alumni and civic leaders, provides a foundation of nancial, administrative and moral support for the local Young Life team.

The Young Life mission is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. Young Life believes that every adolescent deserves a chance to consider the Christian faith in terms they understand from people they trust. We encourage those who want to grow in their faith to explore it in study, deepen it in service, share it in leadership and celebrate it in a church of their choosing. While kids are unique, they share signicant common needs. They need someone to stand with them and accept them as they are. They need someone to walk with them, to hang with them as they make their way in life - someone who demonstrates Gods love and faithfulness as they face choices and trials. And kids need someone to run with them - to share and encourage their desire for a fun, full and meaningful life. Thats what Young Life provides.
