LeaderShape will sustain and renew its curricula to be on the cutting edge of what the world needs for ethical leadership, possibility thin2ing, and community development. a3 Share our vision through our programs with the world, not just the 0nited States. b3 4omplete a major overhaul of The LeaderShape #nstitute curriculum by 5+*+. c3 Assess the impact of 4atalyst and where it belongs in the LeaderShape curricula by "ecember 5+*+. d3 E.plore the development of other products ' services, such as a 6ision4oach program for past facilitators, professionals, and other individuals loo2ing to wor2 with young adults. e3 %outinely evaluate the impact of LeaderShape7s curricula and influence.

OUR COMMUNITY. LeaderShape will connect graduates of LeaderShape programs to achieve their visions. -e will actively see2 other leadership educators who could collaborate with us to achieve our mission and vision. a3 Engage the LeaderShape community with the use of superior technological tools.
