1st Thessalonians tells us to be thankful in all things. There is a huge difference in being thankful IN something as opposed to being thankful FOR something. The Bible says we are to be thankful IN the season of pains and heartaches and not just thankful FOR the heartaches. We can find ways to thank the Lord for what He has done and what He will do in spite of the issues of everyday life. Im thankful to get to serve with you and to get to Worship with you and so blessed to call First Baptist Church Greensburg home. I hope you will enjoy the this time of year as the leaves drop to the ground and be thankful for what God has done in you as well as what He is planning to do through you. CHOIR PRACTICE All youth and adults are invited to join in as part of the choir for practice on Wednesday nights following Prayer Meeting. We are preparing our Christmas presentation and are looking for all to help us celebrate the season!

Our church will be collecting shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child between Oct. 6th and Nov. 17th. Packing guides can be picked up in the church foyer. Gift ideas are listed below.
