JHP College, Clevedon, 1993 - 1995 Studying Business Administration NVQ Level 2 course, summarising basic office procedures and secretarial duties. Clevedon School, 1992 - 1993 Studying Business Studies after successfully completing 7 GCSEs. This course ran for a year, achieving an NVQ qualification. Clevedon School, 1987 - 1992 General secondary education and successful completion of 7 GCSEs.

Career
Virtual Secretary, 2011 - Present Bailey Secretarial. Providing a full range of office administration to small and medium-sized
local businesses. I am a professional member of Clevedon Chamber of Commerce and currently provide them with general administrative support and also run their social media for them.

Volunteer, 2010 - 2011 All Saints East Clevedon CEVC Primary School. A work experience placement at school in a
classroom based environment whilst also training at Weston College. Responsibilities have included welly walks in the local woods, a cinema trip, church services and seasonal crafts and activities such as Christmas, Easter and other religious festivals.

Parent Helper, 2009 - 2010 All Saints East Clevedon CEVC Primary School. Helping out in my childs class once a
fortnight, carrying out tasks that the class teacher had set for me. This included putting up wall displays, listening to the children reading and helping them change their reading books, and making sure that important letters went into their book bags.

Freelance Audio Typist, 2006 - 2008 Dunscombe Associates. Providing a typing service to a local business on a freelance basis. This
consisted of producing letters, reports and invoices to clients of a consistently high standard.

Departmental secretary, 1999 - 2002 KPMG. Providing a secretarial service of a consistently high standard to four managers, two senior
managers and one director. Skills include fast and accurate typing with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, prioritising deadlines and communicating effectively. Responsibilities included: General typing including audio, copy and report and accounts typing Arranging meetings and business functions Diary management Travel and accommodation bookings All other normal secretarial duties

Partners secretary, 1998 - 1999 King Sturge & Co. Providing a secretarial service to one of the partners and one senior associate,
as well as two other associates; mainly audio and report typing. Other responsibilities included filing, taking messages and organising meetings.

Typist, 1996 - 1998 Medical Insurance Agency. Providing a typing service to three managers, consisting of a high
volume of report typing and letter writing. Drafting letters to policyholders and assisting the claims handlers.

Administrator, 1995 - 1996 Bristol & West Building Society. Assisting the accounts department in the payment of invoices.
Entering invoices for payment onto the main database system. Assisting other members of staff as and when needed.
