Background of the Study This study is based on the principles of air pressure and its relationship with air

temperature, as well as the principles of torque in rotational equilibrium. Maximizing this, the group will find a way or device to convert the force of air pressure into a more controlled and utilized form of force that is easy to be manipulated. The researchers will use the design of the Stirling Engine as a foundation for the motor and force converter. The Stirling engine, though weaker compared the steam engine or combustion engine in terms of industrial use, can be brought or modified to produce more force or energy using the principles mentioned before. Statement of the problem The main problem this study will tackle is how does modifying the Stirling Engine using the principles of air pressure and its relationship with air temperature and the principles of torque in rotational equilibrium affect the force produced? Other questions the group would like to answer are: How fast is the Stirling engine modified only using the principle of torque compared to the default Stirling engine? How fast is the Stirling engine modified only using the principles of air pressure and its relationship with air temperature? Significance of the Study The research is significant for it will lead to a new and viable source of renewable energy which is air. In our now eco-friendly world, what would make a better and cleaner source of energy than air? It will also provide a more cost effective way of converting energy or powering up devices given the price of fossil fuels today. Scope and Limitation The group`s aim is to build and modify the Stirling engine. The modifications will only come from applying the principles mentioned. The amount of force produced will be derived from measuring the velocity of wheel attached which is also derived from the time spent per rotation. Definition of Technical Terms Stirling Engine: It is a machine that uses converts the force of air pressure into a rotational mechanical force using varying air temperatures and two levers to move the wheel attached to it. Principles of air pressure and its relationship with air temperature: This principle pertains to the direct relationship of air pressure to air temperature where in air pressure is high when air temperature is also high and vice versa

Principles of torque in rotational equilibrium: This pertains to the fact that stability can only be achieved if torques on opposite directions are equal
