Deutsche Bank - Facilities Manager KSA


Administering the restack work at Deutsche Bank between April and August 2011. The bank desired to provide new working stations and closed offices for their new employees. Davis Langdon, Foreman Roberts and John Harris were the lead consultants on the project and my role was to supervise and coordinate the work between them and the contractor. Supervising the restack work at Deutsche Bank between June and September 2009. AKMC was the direct fit out contractor with no consultants on board. My role was to monitor the work and make sure the project was delivered on time and within the approved budget. Witness all the testing and commissioning procedures done at the end of each restack phase and make sure that all the handover documents are completed. Managing Business expectations based on DB standard Managing engineering services to Deutsche Bank businesses to satisfy business operations Ensuring through Risk Management that risks associated with the operation and delivery of all engineering/facilities services provided by the facilities partners are identified, acknowledged and mitigated.
