24-Sep Apply tab: Delivered 1) The "Next" button is appearing to the left of a field when the window is expanded on a wide full screen. The ability to click next should be available at the bottom outside of the enrollment fields. This is occuring on the 1st screen. The other screens "previous" and "next" are fine. 2) The progress bar (good) needs to be responsive and allow user to navigate through the screens.

You will receive a response within 10 business days! Regards, Wells Fargo Startup Accelerator Team". 27-Sep Application: Chrome & Safari on MAC is showing a spin box with negative Delivered numbers. WF does not want a spin box and wants only positive numbers to be valid for the field.

2-Oct Review Submitted Applications functionality: The submission flow will be Completed 1) an email confirmation to the applicant (complete the functionality to email message to that new required email field) 1.1) Do not include any attachment in the acknowledgement confirmation email to the applicant. 2) application field contents with all uploaded attachments sent to a WF designated alias ebox 2.1) with the application field data in a format that is easily imported into MS Access and Excel - filename should follow format=[CompanyId_CompanyName_YYYYMMDD].xls & the contents should be Column A=Screen field name, Column B=DB field name, Column C=data entered by the applicant. 7-Oct Review Submitted Applications functionality: Delivered 1) Change the application XLS to not inlcude Column B-DB field name. Determined this is redundant to column A. Only need screen field name and data entered by the applicant. 7-Oct Need to create an email box within WF: Delivered 1) The email FROM will be a dummy "DoNotReply" address. Suggestion "WFSUA_DoNotReply@wellsfargo.com" temporarily. 2) WF (Uma) will apply for actual wellsfargo email box to send the application attachment to WF Reviewers.

8-Oct Notification email to WF Startup Accelerator Operating Committee: Delivered Instead of saying, "Attached is an application for the Wells Fargo Startup Accelerator:5-Sharmin XYZ", the content should say, Attention - WF Startup Accelerator Operating Committee : Attached is an application for the WF Startup Accelerator from the company "company name." 8-Oct Need to add support for attaching additional documents for Company Analysis, Product Analysis and Technical Details Document fields. Currently, the above mentioned fields are only accepting one document each. 8-Oct Enrollment fields (iPad): Wells Fargo Contact Phone field accepts any values (text/numeric). 9/24[WF]: Providing screenshot of misplaced "Next" button. 9/25 [LH]: Progress bar is already responsive. We can either give clickable link using Next or Progress bar. Its a good practise not to have progress bar as clickable since it shows the roadmap for the task completion only. 9/25 [WF]: When the user should have the ability to jump back to previous screen in flow by clicking on the progress bar. The user should not jump ahead in the flow if they have not reach that screen. 9/26 [LH]: So are you asking for the validation in place for the form - so that no user is allowed to move further if he / she has not entered any data in the form. Is our understanding correct. 9/27[WF]: Yes, that would be desirable but definitely want the user to click on the flow icons and be taken directly to that part of the application form. 9/30 [LH]: We haven't seen such a form that has clickable wizard menu. Would have to think about it and would let you know. Also logically its not correct to do it since now there are validations on the form and making user jump from one tab to another is not advisable. In order to use WF TBD SMTP server for sending email, modifications would need to be done to the property file that contains the SMTP server details and credential as well as 'From' address.
