This resource is the central focus point of this paper. This source was my original assignment one on the tailgating with Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity which allowed me to extract my idea for my current assignment. A necessary term to be defined is risk management this term refers to a group of individuals chosen and elected to control alcohol/drugs, hazing, sexual abuse, fire and safety. In simple terms they handle all risk and help prevent circumstances that could harm the fraternity locally and nationally. It gave the positive and negative approach, the possible reasoning behind it, and many other avenues of research.
