Please ensure your eligibility as per the advertisement before filling online application. A valid E-Mail ID & Mobile number should be possessed by all applicants and shall be retained at least for 6 months. All correspondence and information will be made available by BHEL on this Email ID / Mobile number. Field with Red Asterisk ( ) are mandatory. On submission of application an acknowledgement number will be generated .This number ensures that you have successfully submitted the online application. Keep this acknowledgement number for future reference. Take 2 print of acknowledgment slip. Keep one copy with you and send other one along with attested copies of following documents. Proof of DOB/ High School Mark sheet/certificate. Educational Qualification documents i.e. Mark sheet/certificate. Technical Qualification documents i.e copy of all semesters Mark sheet of B.E. / B.Tech/ Diploma & Degree certificate. Madhya Pradesh Domicile Certificate Copy of caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) in prescribed format ( if applicable) Self undertaking for OBC Non Creamy layer ( if applicable) Disability Certificate issued by Distt. Medical Board ( if applicable) Copy of medical token for wards (Son/ daughter /Spouse) of BHEL Employee (serving /retired / deceased) (If applicable).

7. All the documents should be valid on date 8. Applications containing acknowledgment slip and prescribed attested copies of documents will
only be considered. Please make sure your acknowledgment slip and prescribed documents are received by BHEL on or before 16.11.2013 at the following address:

Only for wards of BHEL Employee (Son/ Daughter/ Spouse) 1. An additional 05 years relaxation in age shall be given to wards of BHEL employees. 2. There will be relaxation in minimum percentage of marks for wards of BHEL employees. 3. It is mandatory to submit copy of Medical Token as proof of ward of employee along with application, otherwise you will not be considered as wards of BHEL employees.
