Call letter for Com puter Proficiency Test (CPT) for the post of Assistant Grade-III ( General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres) in FCI, 2013 -regarding ID-NO: To, Roll No.:Nam e:2125 2201110535 SATYAN SINGH BRAHM PAL SINGH D-41 SAURABH VIHAR BADARPUR NEW DELHI DELHI 110044 Dear Candidate, With reference to your application for the subject mentioned Examination, I am directed to inform you that on the basis of the result of w ritten exam ination declared by the Commission, you have been found to be provisionally eligible to be called for Computer Proficiency Test consisting of tw o Modules having duration of 15 minutes each (Module-I : Word Processing Test comprising of 2000 Key Depression ( approx 400 w ords and Module-II: Test in Spreadsheets on Microsoft Office Excel ). You are requested to fill up the Attestation Form (duly attested by gazetted officer) enclosed herewith correctly with photograph pasted on it & must bring three photocopies of the same ( filled Attestation Form) at the time of CPT. 3. You must bring this call letter (In Original) alongwith original and photocopies for proof of date of birth, graduation certificate (all three years marksheet), OBC certificate in case of OBC candidates, caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates and discharge certificate in case of Exserviceman candidates, OH/HH/VH certificates in prescribed format in case of candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped category, duly self attested for verification and six recent passport size photographs alongwith ID proof (Voter card/Identitiy card issued by the college etc.) for CPT. While appearing for the CPT following notes should be kept in mind:(i) Matriculation/High School/High Secondary School / equivalent certificate, issued by the State / Central Education Board showing your date of birth (in Christian Era) will be accepted. Birth certificate issued by the Principal/Headmaster of the School/Institution where you studied or Date of Birth recorded on mark sheet will not be accepted. (ii) You may please note that you should fulfil and possess Educational Qualification (EQ) on or before 01.08.2012 and must bring the original marks sheets alongwith the photocopies of all the years/semesters of Graduation/Master Degree. The Commission considers the Mark lists or Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate only issued by the University as documents in support of Educational Qualification. Date of examination or declaration of result of the concerned examination cannot be taken into account for verifying the EQ as on the date of reckoning (iii) You should furnish the OBC certificate in the format prescribed in the notice of the exam. Candidates claiming OBC status may note that OBC certificate mentioning the creamy layer status should have been obtained within three years as on 01.08.2012. ( 02.08.2009 to till date of CPT).You should bring the Caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidate, Discharge certificate in case of Ex-serv icemen candidates, OH/HH/VH certificate in prescribed format in case of Physically Handicapped category, duly self attested for v erification along w ith ID proof ( Voter card/Identity card issued by the college etc.) at the time of Computer Proficiency Test. (v) On actual verification from the Original documents, if you are not found fulfilling Educational qualification (EQ) or any other eligibility criterions as per notice, you will not be allowed to attend the Computer proficiency Test. No change in date/venue of Computer Proficiency Test shall be allowed under any circumstances. (vi) If a candidate is unable to produce all the original documents due to whatsoever reason at the time of verification, his candidature would be rejected. Under no circumstances additional time would be provided. (vii) The Computer Proficiency Test is of qualifying nature, the test passage will be held in English only for both Modules. Candidates declared qualified in multiple lists w ill be required to appear in CPT only once. (viii)You w ill hav e to mention your height ( w ithout shoes), and tw o prominent identification marks on the body at the time of document v erification.
