Timeline & Budget Tables

Page number five contains a table which specifies the time you will invest on your clients project. It is called the TIMELINE table. You can change colors and customize it in the Table Styles box. Go to Windows > Styles > Table Styles. This box contains both Timeline and Budget table styles. Budget table can be modified the same way but it has a very useful feature I am referring next in this file. Refer to img. 3.

Project Budget
In addition to modify the color scheme of this table, it is also able to modify the items and amounts of the quote. There are two ways to do so: 1. Inside InDesign 2. From Excel 1. Inside Indesign You can manually modify any item or numeric value of this quote table, but you should keep in mind that the total doesnt calculate automatically. You have to change total value in order to make it accurated. 2. From Excel Inside links folder it is an Excel file called Quote.xls. Open this file and you can modify any value of any itme and any item can be modified also. The advantage when you edit this sheet is that total values will be calculated automatically. Once you save the Excel file and return to InDesign, the template will ask you to update the Excel link which contains the quote. Accept this requeriment and you are done with the quote. Note: When you modify in some way the quote page in InDesign, nothing changes in the excel file. But when you change somethin in the excel file, everithing changes in InDesign to be accurated with Excel sheet.

Photos and Icons

It is a pity that photos are not included. But hey! There is a cool set of custom icons in this bundle. They all are vectorized and you can change their color and size the way you want.
