Show Cause which directed respondent to respond withi@
30 days as to why the above-captioned case should not be
dismissed. The Order was issued due to the respondent's
failure to file a copy of the Grant Officer's final
determination or dismissal of the Complaint and submit
a specific statement of the provision of the determination
upon which the hearing is requested, as required by
20 C.F.R. $676.88(f).

To date respondent has neither complied with the

requirements of a hearing request nor answered the Order
