d. Define your dunning plan as per t!e score and assign dunning letter template and clic9 neGt

6. Define Contacts

". #unning Concurrent Programs # IE>" Scoring Engine 'arness" Dou can select up to fi$e scoring engines to run at t!e same time. (!e scoring !arness assigns a $alue to an ob<ect suc! as a customer- account- or bill to location. Anot!er score determines !et!er transactions are delin?uent- pre1delin?uent- or current. At a minimum- you must run a scoring engine t!at scores transactions to create delin?uenciesP and t!en run a scoring engine to score t!e le$el of your dunning plan 4customeraccount- or bill to location5.
