Mango Cheesecake A no bake sweet and tangy cheesecake for mango lovers Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time:

5 minutes (to heat gelatin) Servings: 8

Ingredients Crust: 1/3 cup melted butter 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1 1/2 cups ripe mangoes pureed 1 cup cream cheese, softened 1 300 ml can condensed milk 1 can 160g NESTLE Cream 2 pcs mango peeled thinly sliced 1 tsp unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients for crust. Press firmly on the bottom of a 9inch springform pan. Chill. 2. Heat gelatin mixture for about 5 min. Set aside to cool. Beat cream cheese with condensed milk and NESTL Cream. 3. Fold in gelatin mixture and pour into prepared pie crust. 4. Chill until set and garnish with mango slices and brush with glaze.
Calamansi Cloud Cake

A quick dessert perfect during the holiday rush in the kitchen. Tastes like the real cheesecake! Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: at least 4 hours Servings: 10-12

Ingredients 2 250 ml NESTL All Purpose Cream cup condensed milk 1 pack 8 oz cream cheese, softened cup freshly squeezed calamansi juice tsp green food coloring 14 pcs graham crackers 1 pc kiwi or other fruit, sliced into wedges (optional) Procedure 1. Mix together NESTL All Purpose Cream, CARNATION Condensada, cream cheese, and calamansi juice. Add green food coloring until desired color is achieved. Set aside. 2. Layer graham crackers on a square glass oraluminum container. Spread about cup of the calamansi-cream mixture on top of graham crackers for filling. Sandwich with another layer of graham crackers and finish with the remaining cream mixture. Decorate with kiwi wedges or other sliced fruits and crushed graham crackers on top if desired 3. Chill around 4 hours before serving. Ingredients Coffee-Walnut Syrup: 1 cups sugar cup water cup NESCAF Classic 2 tbsp coffee liqueur 2 tbsp cold butter tsp flavoring (vanilla, rum, or maple) cup chopped walnuts Mix together, 2 250ml Nestl All Purpose Cream cup condensed milk otap biscuit, as needed extra chopped walnuts for garnish Procedure For the Coffee-Walnut Syrup: In a heavy bottom saucepan, combine sugar, water, coffee and coffee liqueur. Cook together until mixture is boiling rapidly for 15 minutes. Remove from the stove and add the walnuts, flavoring and butter. Beat until the mixture is greatly thickened. Set aside. To assemble: Prepare single serving molds. Place an otap biscuit at the bottom. Cover biscuit with around 2-3 tbsp of cream mixture. Top with a tablespoon of walnut-coffee syrup. Layer another biscuit then with the cream mixture. Garnish the top layer with more walnut-coffee syrup and walnuts. Chill until set then serve. 1. Beat eggwhites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff but not dry; set aside. 2. Beat eggyolks until thick and lemon-colored. Add 1/4 cup sugar gradually, beating continuously until thick. Add sifted dry ingredients to

eggyolk mixture, blending well. 3. Fold in eggwhites to eggyolk mixture. Divide batter evenly in two 9inch round layer pans lined withwax paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Invert cakes on racks to cool. 4. Prepare cream cheese filling. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Stir lemon juice into NESTLE Cream and add to cream cheese in portions while beating continuously. Blend in confectioner`s sugar. Set aside. 5. Prepare Coffee syrup. Cook sugar with 1/4 cup water until dissolved. Stir in NESCAFE and liqueur. Split each cooled cake into two equal layers; brush each layer generously with coffee syrup. 6. Spread cream cheese filling in-between cake layers and frost cake on top and thinly on sides of cake. Brush lady fingers with remaining coffee syrup and attach each uprightaround sides of cake. Finish top with a decorative sprinkle of a mixture of cocoa, confectioner`s sugar and NESCAFE. Chill before serving.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes plus 4 hours chilling time Cooking Time: Servings: 8-10 Ingredients 2 250ml NESTL All Purpose Cream cup condensed milk 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided 14 pieces graham crackers cup chopped and roasted cashew Procedure 1. Mix together NESTL All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and cup of cheese. 2. Arrange Graham Crackers on a square glass oraluminum container. Spread about cup of cheese-cream mixture and cup chopped cashew nuts on top of graham crackers for filling. Sandwich with another layer of graham crackers and finish it off with the remaining cheese-cream mixture. Top with the rest of the cheese and cashew nuts. 3. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
