    WO!FICB IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing in the above-


    captioned case arising under the Job Training Partnership Act
    will be held before the undersigned Administrative Law Judge at
    9:30 a.m. on December 19, 1991 in Madison, Wisconsin. The
    parties will be notified .when a courtroon is selected.
    IT IS ORDERED that:
    On or before November 11, 1991, each party (including the
    interveners) shall file with the Office of Administrative Law l

    Judges, with a copy to each of the other parties, a Pre-Hearinq


    Statement containing the following:
    (a) a comprehensive statement of the legal and factual
    issues in contention and the relief or remedy sought;
    (b) the name and address of each witness the party expects
    to call and a brief summary of the testimony the witness is
    expected to present;
    (c) a list of all the exhibits the party expects to offer
    into evidence, with a copy of each document not previously
    submitted or exchanged in connection with case; and
    (d) a statement of the length of time it should take to
    present the party's case.
