This change was made with the consultation of the Academic Consultancy Services (ACS) under project EEDP (Engineering Education Development Project) as well as of the Expert Team Toyohashi University of Technology in cooperation framework U to U to set up a curriculum that is both open and can accommodate changes in future. To keep abreast of the times, the curriculum was revised in 2003 and the last time in 2008. In 2008 the Department of Electrical Engineering has three areas of concentration:
Electrical Signals System Electrical Energies System 2
Electrical Engineering Program also improve readiness curriculum graduates to master the knowledge, communication, computer, and English. ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT Teaching and Learning process in Electrical Engineering Program require a good resources management. Elements of managed resources include: a healthy Organization Department / Electrical Engineering Program; classrooms facilities, laboratories, and libraries that provide academic atmosphere conducive to the development of knowledge, character and skills of the students, relevant curriculum; and internal management attention ongoing quality assurance, and adequate funding. Resource management in the Department of Electrical Engineering University of Lampung is done with an integrated approach to quality management (Total Quality Management - TQM) and Quality Assurance (Quality Assurance - QA). For this purpose, the Department of Electrical Engineering put the plan development, implementation and systematically programmed and self-evaluation as a key tool for continuous improvement (continuous improvement). To maintain and improve the quality of management, Department of Electrical Engineering utilize information system using the reliability of information and communication technology as a tool.
