before the Judiciary Superior Council , that without any doubt prove;

that such stock certificates belong to third parties and as such were

entered on the accounting files of the firm

legally certified by our Tax Auditors and also that the firm nevei

appears as owner of such securities. We believe that there is nc

reason for you to freeze the assets of such funds, since we have

proven to you with enough supporting evidence that such funds dc

not belong to this firm and the order of the Department of the

Treasury is to freeze all the assets of (he firm

Up to this date, with a neglecting attitude and noncompliance with it:

professional responsibilities , STERLING has not even answered out

communications , and for such reason we hold them directly

responsible for the damage done to our firm resulting from sucl

omission.

Even though the Department of the Treasury issued such order, and

having received our request with the supporting evidence, STERLING

should have, at least, sent a communication to the issuer of the

freezing order of the funds in question, to request a pronouncemen

to avoid any further damage to third parties that have nothing to dc

holding the firm responsible of such funds.
