All relays shall be tested by single / three phase secondary injection as per manufacturers recommendation using DOBLE Power simulator. The microprocessor relay shall be tested after the relay has been programmed or shall be tested at the default settings. Final setting of all protective & metering devices shall be incorporated as per your system requirements / co-ordination reports. All other voltage & auxiliary relays shall be tested for their pick-up & drop-off values. Their contact changeover shall be checked. B) CTs and PTs TESTING: i) Current Transformer: The CTs shall be cleaned and physically checked. a) Polarity test b) IR test c) Primary injection test for Ratio and circuit checking d) Knee point voltage, exciting current and secondary resistance in case of class PS CTs ii) Potential Transformer The PT's shall be cleaned and physically checked. a. IR values. b. Polarity test. C. Ratio and circuit test C)INDOOR HT BREAKERS : The breakers shall be physically inspected & checked. Contact resistance shall be checked by milli-volt drop test. Open & closing timings of the breaker shall be taken & recorded.

RATE SCHEDULE :

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS : The job shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge. The quoted rates are service charges only. All spares & consumables will supply by us(GSECL). Single phase & three phase supply will available at site. Test certificates in duplicate shall be submitted within 2 weeks after completion of job. Testing team shall be mobilized within 10 days after receipt of order. Payment terms: 100 % within 15 days on completion of job. (After submission of detailed reports) Report: You will have to give 1 soft copy & 3 hard copies of the report.
