How to do our part to help against global warming. As we know, global warming will make our earth content more corbon dioxide (CO2), air polution such as burn forest and is not good situation for us because we need oxygen than carbon dioxide. Explain a single good deed that you have done. Positive developement ;) Last year was my good experience as a teacher involved in UPSR commitee. Teach student is not an easy task and it requires creativity and emphaty to handle student's mood because they have a different character. I always think positive that student can increase their performance by adding some approach such as sense of belonging and attention. In school, teacher will get 1 or 2 students for mentor and mentee program and I got 2 boys standard 6 with bad result in academic performance. It was challenge me to handle both for preparation countdown to UPSR. The developement begins with knowing them well and check their homework regulary, ask them about problem faced in house and school, extra hour meeting after school, give a reward for achievement and advice when going down, monitor them on test, trial exam until UPSR end. Tears on my heart when they get a good result that I never expected because they are moderate level of students. I saw the improvement when they got 2 A's in trial exam. I was hope that they will perform in real exam and suprisingly they did it. Last year my school was increase in number of get 5 A's from 11 students to 33 students. Priceless...
