2011 Till Date

NSL Group has started in 1970 as a Seed Company and is a business conglomerate of INR 1500 Crore today. It has diversified into various business verticals viz., Cotton, Textiles, Sugar, Power and Infratech. The Group employs around 15,000 people as of today.

I am working with NSL Textiles Limited, a vertical which was set up at Kunchalavariplem Village, Cherukupalli Mandal, Guntur District since 2011 as Sr. Officer (Housekeeping & Landscaping). The Unit is spread in a sprawling green lush area of around 90 acres. The built up area of the Weaving and Processing units is around 48 lakh sq. feet and employed around 1500 workers and 300 staff. We have two canteens catering to the needs of our staff. Apart from the above, we have a Staff colony developed in 6 acres of land with 352 flats and dormitory of 101 rooms.

Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring Serviceability and availability of Support Services towards facilitation of Housekeeping, Drinking Water, Sanitation etc.

Looking after the Industrial Canteen as well as Staff Canteen Up keeping of Garden and landscaping.
Administration of Pest Control Activity

 Interacting with external agencies in obtaining certification such as Intertek for obtaining
Mill Qualification Program (MQP), a New Operating Environment for sustainable Textiles Suppliers.

SA 8000 compliances
Customer Audits such as Marks & Spencer (M &S), VF Corporation, Prominent Group Interaction

Inogent laboratories Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001 & WHO cGMP certified company, is a GVK Biosciences (GVK BIO) company based at Hyderabad, India. Set up in June 2005 and spread over a 17 acres campus, Inogent offers an attractive mix of Services (Process R&D , Custom Chemical Synthesis, & Manufacturing of intermediates and APIs) to its clients.

Joined as Sr.Executive in 2005 and was elevated to the rank of Assistant Manager in 2007.

As Officer Works (Civil, Housekeeping, Landscaping, Repairs & Maintenance of Vehicles) since August 2000 and continued the same till March 2003.

In recognition of my hard work and undaunted efforts I had been promoted as Executive for same dept. in March 2003 till January 2005.

Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited. (IHP)

1995 - 2003

Joined Indian Hume Pipe as Trainee in manufacturing unit at Patancheru, Hyderabad in January 1995 and continued in same designation till March 1996.

Promoted to Supervisor Production in manufacturing unit at Kekri, Rajasthan in April 1996 and continued till October 1998.

Promoted as Officer - Pipe Laying and posted to Boondi, Kota, Churu, Bikaner, Faloudi, Byavar and Ajmer areas in Rajasthan, for Germany Water Scheme Project from November 1998 to May 2000.

Achievements:

With great team work and cooperation my team was able to finish the job work of Laying Pipes (300 to 2000 ) from Bondi to Jaipur approx 60 Kms. The target time given for the project was 30 months which has been completed successfully in 22 months. Our efforts were lauded and rewarded by the organization as well as by the German water scheme project Indian Head.
