MANUAL FOR CSPRO

STAGE 1 : DATA COLLECTION / VERIFICATION The first stage includes the collection/ verification of data before entry begins. Please note the following points: Facility codes must be a seven digit number. Please do not enter any case tha has no facility code. Such questionnaires should be reported to the State team leader (STL). A unique staff serial number must be available before data entry begins. Please note where you save your file> saving in the document section is recommended. STAGE 2 : DATA ENTRY Step 1 Open the Cspro software on your laptop. Step 2 Locate folder named SDI DEP. Step 3 Select SDI DEP ENTRY

Step 4 Select SDI DATA

Step 5 Insert your Operators ID

Step 6 Insert Facility ID

Step 7 Start the data entry and please ensure that all questions and sections are filled appropriately.

STAGE 3 :- DATA MODIFICATION Out of Range

How to Identify Unfilled Sections

Press F8 to check for errors and unfilled sections.. How to move to another case

Press control F12 to complete and move to another case a. How to Modify, Add, Insert or Find a Case

Move your cursor to the case you want modify, add to, or find and then right click to see the options available. How to know the operation being performed

This aspect of the screen will allow you to know if you are adding, modifying or inserting. It will also show the module and section you are working on presently. STAGE FOUR :- DATA BACKUP PROCEDURES. Under this stage, the standard back up procedures will be explained.
How to Back Up

Back up must be done in the following ways. i. ii. iii. Back up SDI Data files in another folder on your laptop or flash drive.. Back up data on your partners system . Backup files online.

How to Save File. This is to be done after every session on a daily basis.

Only the SDI DATA folder is relevant for back up on a daily basis. Zipping of File The SDI DATA folder is to be zipped on a daily basis before back up is done.

How to Name the zipped folder

+ Please note that the conventional way of naming the zipped folder is as follows: SDI Data- Date- Your name as seen above. How to back upon your partners flash or system.

Select the file or files for back up and move them into the flash drive. How to back up online. Step 1- Go to the website above ( drive.google.com).

Step 2 Click on My drive.

Step 3 Click upload and share

Step 4 Select the zipped file (s) to be uploaded

Step 5 Uploaded files and files waiting to be uploaded will appear this way.

Please note the following :i. ii. iii. Backup must be done daily in the three forms highlighted above. Only the SDI DATA must be zipped daily. The SDI DATA folder increases daily and so does the zipped file.
