Introduction Isport BOTAK is a trademark owned and created by CEJOGUA (CSC), a company founded in 1982 and incorporated in 1987. Its roots can be traced from the Guarin garments manufacturing business formed in the 1950s. From a simple custom tailor shop it grew to become one of the largest garment maker in the country pioneering in quality knitted shirt and pants. Today, with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing garments, CSC is one company dedicated to producing top quality made-to-order sportswear and athletic uniforms for professional and amateur sportsmen. The brand Isport BOTAK is the premier trademark of CSC specially created to outfit serious sportsmen and athletes. BOTAK Competition Wear explicitly meets the exacting needs of the sporting people.

Logistics Process Based on their Logistics Process they have two types of customers which are foreign and local. They use Turner Network Television (TNT), DHL and United Parcel Service (UPS) to distribute their products to foreign customers. The transit time to the USA is about 4 days. For local customers they use LBC and GRS. For the customers in the Philippines, they deliver to the once on the way to the farthest. When they deliver to the provinces sometimes they will commute, but usually they will have it delivered on the provincial buses.

Statement of the problem The problems that the company usually faces are traffic, accidents and late arrival of raw materials. Their usual problem when delivering in other countries is they do not make it in time for the 7:00 pm cut-off. Evaluation of Alternatives 1. They need to properly communicate with the customers to ensure that are delivered on time 2. All the products should be ready the week before the delivery. 3. They should be on time when delivering products to other countries. 4. If for example they cannot deliver the product on time they should contact the customers. 5. Provide a promodel to find the number of products that arrive on time.
