Documents Required for KYC Procedures


1. Verification of Identity of Merchant:
Certified copies of any of the following is required:
Trust: Signed and valid trust deed Partnership Firms : Signed and valid partnership deeds

Society: Signed and valid bye-laws of the society

Sole Proprietorship : PAN number of sole proprietor

Private Limited Company: Copy of MOA/AOA/Certificate of Incorporation

Public Limited Company: Copy of MOA/AOA/Certificate of Incorporation


Government : Documents to prove that it is a Government company

2. Proof of Existence:
Certified copies of any of the following is required:
Establish e ts PAN Central Sales Tax Registration No. or Regional Sales Tax No. where applicable. Govt. issued business license Trade/Municipal License Government registration authorizing the merchant to run the business Excise Registration Number Importer Exporter Code

For schools, college establishments Copy of establishment registration document will be taken Shop & Establishment License Number Registration Number issued by Registrar of Firms Service Tax registration certificate

3. Business Address Proof
Certified copies of any of the following is required:
Utility bills (Telephone, Electricity bill NOT older than 3 months)

Any other Government document clearly showing the address of the company

Rental agreement copy along with utility bill not older than 3 months in the name of landlord

4. Board Resolution authorizing the Authorized Signatory

5. Authorized Signatories Signature Proof
Certified copies of any of the following is required:
Authorized Signatory Pan Copy Driving License Passport

6. Authorized Signatories Address Proof


Certified copies of any of the following is required: Passport (with Address Page) Bank Account Statement Utility Bills (Telephone, Electricity bill NOT older than 3 months)

Rental agreement copy along with utility bill not older than 3 months in the name of landlord.

7. Bank Account Details of company on Company Letter head addressed to BillDesk
Certified copies of any of the following is required:
Bank Account No. IFSC (NEFT)

IFSC (RTGS)

Beneficiary Name (name in the bank records) Bank Name Branch Address

8. CIBIL Letter (On Company letter head, with Date printed on it)

Note:

All the documents that are to be submitted should be duly stamped and signed by authorized signatories. 4 sets for documents are required to be send to the BillDesk address. The signature present on all documents should match with the signatures present on the documents for signature proofs (Point # 5) Documents in Point # 7 needs to be verified / certified by the merchants bank for accuracy of data points. All charges attract a Service Tax (ST) of 12.36% unless otherwise specified.
