Veyron Corporation was founded inOctober 1982 by Mr.Hisyam,Mr.Zulhilmi and Ms.Lim Jean Joo, three Engineers invested RM 2,000 each to form their own company.The first product was a portable personal computer able to run all of the software . 1987 February

Veyron Corporation is founded.

1988 December

In first year, Veyron ships more than 23,000 portable PCs.

1989 April

Introduces Veyron PCs in Asian.

June

Introduces first Veyron desktop, the i-Veyron.

1990 January

Reports second year revenues of RM 22 million -- an industry record.

1991 January

Reports third year revenues of RM 43.9 million - a Malaysia business record.

Joins the Business Week faster than any company in history.

Ships its 350,000th personal computer.

Opens printed circuit board assembly facility in Shah Alam.

1992 November

Manufactures its 800,000 personal computer. Opens Taiwan manufacturing.

1993 February

Reports RM 67 bmillion sales, setting the record as fastest company to reach that mark.

Purchases 85 acres for expansion inTaiwan.

1994 February

Purchases 744 acres for expansion inTaiwan.

Becomes No. 2 supplier of business PCs in Asian, passing Apple, Acer.

Introduces first Veyron notebook PC, the M-Veyron.

Introduces first Veyron server, the Veyron Pro-System.

Establishes Asian sales organization; opens Australia office.
