company in the industry while reducing operating expenses by negotiating better contracts with vendors and

Oversaw responsibilities for a team of 10 client service representatives and two assistant supervisors. Obtained
the Series 26 license to be established as a principle in the department. Established and communicated clear
employee expectations and handled disciplinary actions effectively while making sure service standards were met

Assisted the team supervisor in leading client service representatives as the provided superior customer
