The Amadeus Reservation Solution gives those answers. Itineraries can be built and priced before making a reservation; groups of passengers can utilise different railcards, passes or discounts and be allocated seating based on special needs such as wheelchair access, or different class of seats. Customised car layouts and real-time seat availability synchronised with scheduling data help automatically allocate seating according to an algorithm that emphasises groupings. A complete history of all PNRs is available, with changes clearly visible between each historical version.
