REPORTS TO Montessori Principal PROGRAM ORGANIZATION/PAPERWORK 1. Revise/update Montessori handbook 2. Process mail from the Department of Public Instruction 3. Work with Academy secretary on state reports 4. Oversight of all Montessori programs and events 5. Develop and maintain Montessori calendar of events 6. Determine teacher schedules and delegation of responsibilities 7. Determine student schedules (example, Title I and Speech) 8. Act as school assessment coordinator 9. Schedule parent nights 10. Contact and arrange for parent night speakers 11. Act as Montessori contact for school district personnel 12. Provide classroom management support 13. Enforce handbook issues 14. Personally greet every student in the program at least once each week 15. Contact parents as needed to resolve issues 16. Meet with social services as needed 17. Work with police liaison officer 18.
