Hilton - LAX

Dear Mr. De:

Per our conversation of yesterday attached you will find copies of the guest folios for
| 9/11 Personal privacy from January 13, 2000, through January 16, 2000, from
the Hilton Los Angeles Airport regarding the above entitled matter.

As discussed on yesterday, the hotel will require additional time to produce a print out of
all checkout folios for the hotel from January 4, 2000, through January 31, 2000. The
hoi el is not on an upgraded database that allows them to print extensive reports in less
time. With the current events and activities scheduled at the hotel for the New Year, we
are requesting additional time to get the above-reference report to you. We would like an
extension of time up to an including January 7,2004, to generate the response.

If you would like to discuss this matter further or have additional questions, please give
me a call.

Sir.cerely,

KUiie G. Martin
