3.8.6 Configuration of Zone Data (Polygon and Circle)

When a zone is presented by a polygon,
43bits x number of pointsis necessary in one zone. In addition,
another 11bits are required to indicate ID, type, and the number of points.
Therefore, when the number of zone is one, it requires 11bits + 43bits x N, where N = 3 to 20;
3means that
the zone is triangle.
When the number of zone is 20 (the maximum number of zones), and each zone is presented by 20 points
polygon (the largest number), it requires 11 + (43 x 20) x 20 = 11 + 860 x 20 = 17,211 bits.
The one circle data requires 61 bits in total; 55 bits are used for presenting a circle, 6 bits are used for Zone ID
and Zone type.
When the number of zone is 20 (the maximum number of zone), and all of them are presented by a circle, it
requires 61 x 20 = 1220 bits.
