Thank you. Today is November 10, 2013. Our first question comes from FC. It concerns an incident that is occurring in Bohol. I will just read it. He was wondering if, as a mem er, he may ask a question of general interest to Cosmic !wareness. "It is concerning what ha##ened recently and is still ha##ening in the $hili##ines. Because I ha%e friends li%ing in Bohol and there has een quite a strong earthquake that hit the island, a &.' earthquake at only a out () kilometers from their house. It was a relief that their hum le house was not too adly affected. "*ow there was a ty#hoon, also near Bohol, and another ty#hoon is e+#ected coming right to Bohol in the coming days. $eo#le o%er there are mostly Catholics and many elie%e that it may e a #unishment from ,od. "-y friend, who is not attached to any religion anymore, asked me to ask !wareness what is going on. He sus#ects that the .ark Ones are trying to destroy the island for some reason and is asking hel# from the ,alactic Federation as he knows that they can inter%ene. ongoing tribulations that the Philippian people and the Philippines are experiencing at this time. That these are basically natural events but they are enhanced, provoked natural events as well therefore, look to the use of certain technologies behind the ravaging, extraordinary storms and cyclone winds that are battering and destroying the island and also behind the ma!or earthquake event that was also experienced there in the Philippines. That there are reasons why this has occurred. "t is at this time the cyclone season therefore, it has always been that cyclone activity is active at this time, but this most recent cyclone event with up to #$$ miles%per%hour gusts of wind is far in excess of the norm. That the use of technologies such as &AA'P technology is seen to be at play here, but not for the obvious reasons. That this Awareness will move on to a slightly different angle at this time to help explain what is occurring. That many are aware that the gold reserve of the (nited )tates was stolen several years ago by certain power elite families, including the *ush family, including the +lintons, and even with the knowledge of the present President *arak ,bama. That originally these treasures, this gold, was stored on the island of &aiti, and that those who had perpetuated this crime, were attacked there if you will, or at least the area where the gold was stored was hit with a heavy earthquake, not only in the exact area of where the gold was hidden and held, but the entire island, which as all know suffered a most devastating natural event in the form of the &aitian earthquake. *ut this was not a natural event. "t too was a strike against these ones by certain others who were oppositional to them, who had hoped that they would go into the area and retrieve the gold. -hat occurred at that time when the rest of the world responded with humanitarian efforts was that the American military in full battle gear, in full war preparation, were flown onto the island, went to the area where the gold had been stored and removed this gold from the collapsed structures under which it was buried. They then retreated taking the gold with them. They were not there to assist the many hundreds of thousands who had been so

badly affected by the earthquake and the destruction of the country itself, they were simply there for the gold. This gold is seen to have then been transferred to the Philippines and has resided there for several years. This brings matters to the more recent events where a huge earthquake was launched at the island. These cyclone storms enhanced so they could batter the island. "t is a similar situation to that which occurred in &aiti, oppositional forces to certain of those families already mentioned, who are trying once again to grab the gold, to retrieve it, to take it back. These oppositional forces are not necessarily of evil intent, but they are part of the cabal itself that there are schisms within the families of this elite group, there are battles raging and it has been spoken of on other occasions and is spoken of in other sources, through other sources, that the ruling family often battle each other, drawing up camps that oppose one another. "t is such a battle that is occurring at this time whereby those forces that could loosely be called the 'othchild forces are in opposition to the 'ockefeller camp. That there are many intrigues involved here and many divisions and subdivisions in this conflict, but basically those events that have naturally occurred in the past are being enhanced by technology at this time, especially in the area south of /anila, more in the area that has been asked about, the *ohol area, and that this area is being heavily hit, for it is seen that the gold that was stolen several years ago is hidden somewhere in that region and that this is part and parcel of why such devastation has been visited upon the Philippines in recent times. /any of course would refute this for the Philippians have known such disasters many times over the course of its history, but this Awareness is only focusing right now due to the question asked on the matter at hand of why such destruction and such forces are being unleashed against the Philippian people and the Philippian islands. That part of the question involved that statement which was that many who are +atholic, which is a ma!ority of the population, believe that they are being punished by 0od. This is not so, 0od is

not punishing "ts people, but if one holds that there is such a matter that is taking place that they are being punished, then this is how they will view the situation and due to their simplistic dualistic and controlled beliefs, that this would make sense to them. "t does not necessarily make sense that there are forces that have such technology that would deliberately focus these technologies on their island and on their people in order to gain an advantage, in order to steal gold. That many would rather believe a wrathful 0od is punishing them for their evil and ill doings1 ordinary people, good people being punished by 0od. That this simply is not so, but of course as this Awareness has !ust said, many believe it to be so for they are coming from that level of a belief system that would make it so. "n the end, it is seen that the attempts to steal back the gold may be successful. "t is also seen there are other events ahead that may still occur but not only in the Philippines but in other areas as well and that in particular, the Pacific region, especially around that which is known as the 'ing of 2ire, may well exhibit other catastrophic events of nature in the next several weeks. &owever this remains to be seen and while this Awareness sees energies around this, "t cannot predict this, "t is not guaranteeing this, "t is simply saying there are energies unleashed now, especially in this month that could see further catastrophic incidences occurring in and around the 'ing of 2ire and the Pacific 'egion. "t is also seen other events around the world may be triggered and it is one of the reasons this Awareness has in "ts opening message suggested that many be prepared for whatever occurs. 3o not be dragged into it, do see the events as part of those events on a grander scale that are needed at this time to shift energies, to shift certain ones who are in charge and in control. This is perhaps a slightly different matter here that this Awareness has indulged "tself by going into somewhat further. "t would return back to the question and state that the incidents in the Philippines have been manipulated and controlled with the ulterior reason of stealing back gold that certain ones stole from the 'eserves of the 2ederal 'eserve *ank in the (nited )tates of America.

This is an event that the 0alactic 2ederation cannot directly involve itself with. "t is part of their pact if you will, that they will not simply come to the rescue and intervene in such affairs as this. /any feel this is unfair and un!ust and that they should be rescued by the 0alactic 2ederation, but please remember that these ones have a higher perspective and understanding on these events. They understand, for example, that the powers%that%be are still those that many have elected into their positions of power, and for them to come down and intervene would be like staging a coup d56tat where they take power away from these ones. This is not their right and it is an agreement made at the highest levels which constrains them from intervention at this level of rescuing many, even though unfortunately the results may be quite disastrous on many levels for many people. )till, it is seen that the 0alactic 2ederation are observing and where they can be of help in ways personal, that they may indeed intervene at personal levels, not necessarily at the state level, not necessarily at the karmic level, but at a personal level. Therefore, there may well indeed be stories from others of miraculous escapes from situations where they could have been hurt or harmed, but for some reason, it did not occur. That for some reason they may, the individual may have been led accidentally elsewhere to where they were going and had they gone to where they were going, they may have come to great harm, but by being led elsewhere, that they came to places of safety. This is the type of story that may indeed be heard by many of the survivors, even the example quoted in 2+7s letter of the friend who was #$ kilometers away from the epicenter of a 8.. scale earthquake which indeed was actually higher in scale than

reported, is miraculous in that they did not suffer ma!or damage to their home. There was no substantial loss of life. This is part of how the 0alactic ,nes will respond. *ut that they will not come out and expose these players, for these ones must come to their undoing their own hand. &aving said this, this Awareness does also say that the 0alactic 2ederation are active in their attempts to bring forward information that would lead to disclosure and exposure of those in corruption, those who are holding office, that are serving other masters. This is also part of the ongoing participation of the 0alactic 2ederation, but, they cannot simply land their craft and step onto the lawns of the capital and proclaim these matters. They must come out through other means, other ways, which are being worked upon even now. Thus this Awareness would say that while the 0alactic 2ederation ones cannot directly intervene, they are trying to be of help on personal levels and also from levels behind the scenes. That would e really a##reciated y the #eo#le. /any, many simply do not understand how active those forces are that are here to assist humanity. "t is indeed the greatest of challenges to be here to assist humanity and, at the same time, not to do so in the most obvious way of direct intervention. This is because the understanding of spiritual growth and evolution requires one to reach certain points of their own developmental process on their own, to reach a stage of consciousness where they will expand into greater awareness and understanding. At this point, the 0alactic ones may indeed finally be able to move more directly into contact, but at this time, it must be done surreptitiously and indeed, covertly. They are indeed doing much and most that they are doing is behind the veil, behind the scenes, unobserved, unacknowledged, unappreciated. )till, these ones are committed.
