And in the Lyndon Larouche newspaper, he claims that there is a worldwide food shortage, and it's going to create famines and all other kinds of problems. WHAT THE SECRET HAARP PROJECT IS REALLY ALL ABOUT Question: In relation to weather, a question from Ray D., Olympia, WA. He writes : "In the September, 1995, Popular Science magazine, there's an article: "Mystery in Alaska," page 79. HAARP, (which Awareness has given some information on): High frequency Action Auroral Research Program, using the ionosphere for surveillance, 35 to 500 miles above the earth by the Air Force and Navy. "There are 36 antennas stretching hundreds of miles across Alaska; their stated purpose is to alter local weather above an enemy, creating lens and mirrors in the ionosphere to reflect distance and absorb radio signals. HAARP is expected to raise electron temperature by 40 degrees Fahrenheit for as long as three months. (This is compared to your heme microwave oven, exciting the water molecules), affecting weather conditions; floods, droughts, treacherous squalls,etc. "HAARP is 1.7 gigawatts, 1.7 billion watts of effective radiated power in the 2.8 to 10 megahertz frequency range, which might cause lasting damage to earth's upper atmosphere. This is

compared to three thousand times greater than the biggest commercial AM radio transmitters. The impact statement filed by the Air Force says this frequency can raise the internal body temperature of nearby people. It will ignite road flares in cars and trucks, detonate aerial munitions using electronic fuses, scramble aircraft, commercial and flight control systems, during the yearly 4 or 5 day transmitting scheduled." Ray's questions are: "How accurate is this article, and what more should we be aware of on this project, the effect to earth and man and so forth?" Cosmic Awareness: This Awareness indicates that this Awareness has given entities information in the past on a book called Alternative 003 in which the scientists were concerned with the so-called Greenhouse Effect, and there was seen a danger that the earth would become a place impossible for life to continue. To counter the problem, certain alternatives were studied, and one of the alternatives was to attempt to create a place outside of the earth on which much of human life would be transferred, and Mars became the target. This Awareness indicates that a previous alternative was the belief that atmospheric explosions of nuclear bombs could create a hole in the stratosphere to allow the gases creating the Greenhouse Effect to escape outside of the earth's atmosphere, and thus there was the great effort in the Fifties and Sixties to do this through the use of atmospheric testing of nuclear weapons. They classified entities as consumers, or as the doers, the movers and shakers of society, and those who were consumers were seen as expendable, and those who were more of the doers, the ones who could do something or would do something, were seen as potential candidates for transfer to another world, another place of existence, away from planet earth. However, in their search for a new place, they discovered Mars as being the potential place for the new civilization, and also realized, because of the extraterrestrial influence and situation, that if they lived on Mars they would simply be sitting ducks for extraterrestrial forces, and therefore, Mars no longer had the same appeal, because they would not have time to build-up sufficient military protection on Mars for the people they had decided to save. This Awareness indicates they looked again at preserving society on earth. Earth was now viewed as perhaps not as dangerous as they had previously assumed, for the temperatures were not rising as fast as had been anticipated. This Awareness indicates that they began to work with other facets of science to help clean the atmosphere of earth in hopes of being able to preserve the earth. This Awareness indicates that there were many different programs tried and experimented on. HAARP, the program in Alaska using these special wave frequencies, was intended to change the weather patterns of the earth and keep the flow of energies moving in such a way as to clean the atmosphere somewhat.

Why Weekly World News Keeps Predicting Extreme Weather This Awareness indicates that the use of psychics to forecast events has been a way whereby the agencies can cover up their involvement by making it appear to be of a natural order. Weekly World ' News, which this Awareness has indicated is a CIA - backed tabloid, predicted the hottest summer on record in which entities would swelter across the United States, many entities would die from excessive heat, et cetera, and the same Weekly World News predicted the winter of '95-96 would bring extreme cold, worse than anything that had been recorded within the United States. This Awareness indicates that thereafter, excessively hot weather did occur, not to the degree the paper indicated, and in the winter, excessively cold weather has occurred, but not to the degree the paper has indicated, but sufficient to be a classed as a severe winter. In some cases it was record-setting, depending -on where you were and when. This Awareness indicates that the reason for putting these predictions out is because there were to be weather modification projects such as that which is known as HAARP in Alaska, altering the jet-stream and using frequencies and vibrations to change the weather and to affect the jetstreams. And by stating that these predictions were based on Nostradamus' predictions of some 400 years ago, it makes it seem as though this was nature. The entity Nostradamus could not have foreseen that the U.S. government would someday create a project called HAARP, and therefore, attributing the prediction to Nostradamus, it would look like this was a natural phenomenon that was seen 400 years ago, and therefore could have nothing to do with government weather modification programs. This Awareness indicates that Scallion, in predicting earthquakes, is doing much the same in regard to making these appear to be some natural phenomena that he is picking up on through his psychic attunement. What is Deforming the Frogs? QUESTION:

Robert Hanzel sent in a little article and a question. The article: "Deformed frogs found in MidWest puzzles Scientists!" along with photographs. It reads: "Henderson. Minnesota. Bruce Nelson was catching frogs for catfish bait last year when he realized that something was horribly wrong. Some of the frogs had stumps for legs, and others had as many as four tangled hind legs. "You see deformed things all the time in nature, but nothing like this!" Nelson said. All across Minnesota and into neighboring Wisconsin, South Dakota and Quebec, scientists and locals are seeing the same kind of grotesquely misshapen limbs, along with frogs with tails missing, or shrunken eyes and smaller sex organs. In fact, scientists have had a hard time finding wetlands in Minnesota with no deformed frogs. Most recently, deformed frogs were found in Vermont. "Scientists aren't sure what's causing the deformities. The theories run the gamut from pesticides to parasites, to radiation from ozone depletion, or some combination of factors. A newly created frog hot-line has received hundreds of sightings of deformed frogs from 54 of the state's 87 counties." And Robert asks: "What is causing this outbreak of deformed frogs?" Cosmic awareness: This Awareness indicates it appears to be a combination of those things mentioned. It appears that the energies in these lakes, in these wetlands, and even in the atmosphere contribute; that there are pesticides, there are pollutants, there is a degree of radiation, and even the depletion of the ozone has had some effect. This Awareness indicates that it is likened unto a warning, even as the canary being used in copper mines served as a warning when gas was present in the mines and the canary would die. This Awareness indicates it is simply a warning that there is indeed something wrong in the environment that needs attention, for if it is affecting frogs in this way, it is surely affecting humans, even though it may not be so clearly defined yet. Is Something Strange Happening to Women's Reproductive Systems? ( More on excessive menstrual bleeding ) Question: Along this line a question, from Virginia W., in Seattle. She writes: "I have a question for Awareness. I personally have been experiencing severe hemorrhaging in months during my menstrual cycle. Since I have experienced this I have discovered that many other women are currently also having similar problems. "My question is: Is there something in our environment: for example, the recent proliferation of electromagnetic waves from microwave towers, cellular phone towers, etc., that is causing interference with our bioelectric feedback system, specifically in regard to women's reproductive cycles? If this is true, what can we do to help ourselves?"

COSMIC AWARENESS: This Awareness indicates that it appears to be a phenomenon that is fairly widespread, and does appear to be different from that which has been considered normal. HAARP AFFECT MIND & BODY (HEALTH), NOT JUST WEATHER
