The company has done a survey to find out if they should restrict adult content in their telephone Internet networks. When Vodafone first included moderators into young people's chat rooms to create a safe environment for chat, the number of users dropped significantly. 1 By doing this, the companies annual income, revenue, started to decrease, however the company thought it was the right thing to do, which proves that they are trying to be a company that does follow their ethical objectives. The company CSR has involved Vodafone in local and national charities and in a constant reduction of plastic waste by recycling mobile phones. Vodafone is also fighting mobile phone crime with the government by advising their costumers on how they should take care of their mobile phone devices.
