Sl No. MAINTENANCE OBJECTIVE 1 Dusting & cleaning of complete equipment internally with blower etc. 2 Verification of tripping and ON/OFF (Mechanical) operation of all breakers contactors and relays etc. 3 Dusting & cleaning of complete equipment externally with some detergent element like glint etc. 4 Assuring right termination i.e. true thimbling of all connections. 5 Tightining of all terminations. 6 Assuring healthy insulation of cables and air insulations/mounting of bus bars in proper position. 7 Assuring proper vermin proofing of equipment. 8 Cleaning of open contact with contact cleaning spray. 9 Calibration of measuring instrument and protection relays etc. 10 Assuring Healthy Earthing. 11 Any other task as per manufacturer recommendation or Engineer incharge.

May be replaced if colour changed. 5 Oil testing (rating x 3) If loose properties may be replaced/dehyderated. 6 Examination of Bushing and tightening of Nuts & Bolts etc. 7 Bucholze relay tripping varification if installed. 8 Examination of oil seals. If crakes found may be replaced. 9 Mechanical operation of Tap changer. 10 Assuring Healthy earthing. 11 Any other task as per manufacturers recommendation and with the approval of Engineer incharge.
