President: Barry Smith, Treasurer: Susan Holland, Vice President: Rob Welch, Secretary: Peter Van Arsdale Attending: Barry Smith, Peter Van Arsdale, Sam Carr, Mark Carter Members absent: Rick Austin, Susan Holland, Bill Smith, Rob Welch, Andy Miller Meeting brought to order at 7:00PM for discussion only in absence of a quorum Treasurer's Report: Susan Holland No report Committee Reports Web Development: No report Pool Operations: Rob Welch No Report Tennis Operations: Mark Carter Mark reports that we need to install back flow preventers at all four meters. Barry Smith will solicit plumbing contractors to install the back flow preventers. Mark intends to identify trees that should be removed near the courts to be included in next years budget. General Maintenance: Sam Carr Street sign project now complete. Landscape Maintenance: Andy Miller Barry Smith reports that irrigation problem at Kensington not yet solved. Lake Recreation: Bill Smith No report Development: Barry Smith We need to gather community support in order to proceed with lake access improvement. A few people are utilizing the new canoe rack. Old Business Need to make sure volunteers are contacted and employed to put up Christmas decorations at the entrances Next Board meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM January 20 , 2014 Annual meeting scheduled for 7:00PM Tuessday December 3rd, 2013 Barry Smith to discuss menu for hors doeouvres and dessert with Beth Ann for the meeting.
