Do your Beliefs Reflect Reality or Create It? Posted by Enoch Tan - Share this article with friends!

Print This Post P rint This Post Have you ever wondered whether your beliefs reflect reality or create it? The answer to the question is realized in understanding the concept of objective and subjective reality and the difference between the two. Most people believe that objective reality is made up by the physical laws that govern the universe. Law of gravity, thermodynamics, electromagnetism are some of those laws. But th e truth is that even the physical laws themselves are governed by the higher law s of reality. Quantum physics states that everything in the most minute level is actually pure energy that is conscious, intelligent and living. This energy is directed and g overned by consciousness itself. Therefore the physical laws of the universe are actually governed by the mental laws of consciousness. The physical is ruled by the spiritual. Now although we know that mind rules over matter, that does not suffice to say t hat we can go ahead and attempt to defy the law of gravity by jumping off a clif f just for the fun of it, without a real and strongly justifiable purpose of doi ng so. This is where some people misunderstand the truth and why they go and do stupid things which land them in undesirable consequences. The physical laws of the universe are not governed by the mind of a single indiv idual alone but by the universal mind. The universal mind is the infinite intell igent consciousness of God which is connected to the minds of every single livin g thing in the universe. It is the universal mind that determines whether a phys ical law of reality is subjugated by the mind of an individual or not. In the event where a person manages to defy a physical law of reality, it is bec ause he/she is in harmony with the will and purpose of the universal mind. That is the reason why miracles happen in this world where people are saved from cert ain death or experience divine providence and empowerment. So objective reality is the spiritual laws of the universe. That which is immuta ble, unchanging and constant. It exists whether you believe in it or not, that s w hy it is objective reality. It is not subjected to your individual mind alone bu t by the universal mind that is greater and above all. Spirituality is defined as belief in those aspects of reality that are not of thi s world or this material universe . All reality is truly spiritual in essence. Truth is opinion that conforms to reality. Reality is that which is so whether a nyone knows it or not and whether anyone likes it or not. Thus, truth is based i n reality, but reality is independent of opinion. The modern notion expressed as my truth, your truth I automatically translate as my opinion, your opinion, and the assertion that we each create our own reality is an example of what I refer to as fantasy . Beliefs that reflect reality are beliefs in objective reality. They do not lead to its creation or uncreation. As for Subjective reality, it is the aspect of reality that you have immediate a nd direct control over because it is made up by your thoughts and interpretation s of your experiences. It is the inner world of your mind. Subjective reality ca n be influenced, transformed and shaped by you. That is why it is subjective rea lity, it is changeable according to your beliefs. We know that the world within governs the world without. Your thoughts literally

control reality. We can have control over the whole of reality by following the spiritual laws of consciousness. Hence we can govern all subjective reality by using the power of true objective reality. Subjective reality is subject to change since it is temporal. You can choose to believe differently about what you are observing and cause reality to change ins tantaneously or over time. Beliefs that create reality are beliefs in subjective reality. They have the pow er to create, perpetuate or change reality. There are things you do not have to believe in order for them to exist. They alr eady exist in the universe anyway. Believing causes them to manifest in your exp erience according to the Law of Attraction. Disbelieving keeps them away from ap pearing in your individual reality. They may exist to others who believe but not to you. Everything you experience is the result of your thoughts whether present or some time in the past. You can explain everything that has already happened to you t hrough this paradigm. Was there something already within your consciousness that made this words appear in your reality as the manifestation of your own thought s? The purpose of having this understanding about beliefs and reality, is to enable you to choose authentic beliefs that serve to empower you and create the realit y you desire. Understanding brings you power. You now have greater a understandi ng of belief so you have greater power than others in using it. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Three factors of Intention - Will, Desire and Belief Posted by Enoch Tan - Share this article with friends! Print This Post P rint This Post Intention has three factors influencing it which are the will, desire and belief . A Being could not act unless it Willed to Act; and it would not Will to Act, u nless it Desired to Act; and it would not Desire to Act unless it obtained some Satisfaction thereby. What it is satisfied by will depend on its own nature. It s own nature is determined by its consciousness. Therefore the order of causation in mental creation is Consciousness >> Beingnes s >> Desire >> Will >> Action. The action is firstly mental action that leads to physical action secondly. I think therefore I am, therefore I desire, therefore I will conceive and carry out my plan with action to get what I desire and find satisfaction doing so. The psyche consists of the faculty of intellect, the faculty of emotion, the fac ulty of will and desire. It is the faculty of will and desire that is the most p owerful and authentic one. It is the will and desire faculty that makes you do what you do. It is the will and desire faculty that brings you back to the thing that you ve left multiple tim es. It is the will and desire faculty that causes you to refine yourself and eve rything you are doing until you achieve what you ve always wanted. To make a decis ion based on what you really want. Make it from the will and desire faculty. Belief gives strength to your intentions. Belief is power. The more you believe in something, the more power you give it to have effect. Desire In The Absence Of Belief Is Neediness. Desire in the presence of belief i s having a Strong Intent. The belief has to be the unwavering certainty that you l

l achieve your intended outcome. You could have all of the skills and desire in the world but without the unwavering certainty that you ll get what you want, you re doomed. But one does not absolutely need to have an unwavering certainty. That is not al ways entirely possible. There might be doubts or contrary beliefs that exist. It is all a matter of focus. By choosing only to focus on that which is empoweri ng and positive, one eliminates the effect of that which is disempowering and ne gative as though they don t exist. Hence you will seem to have an unwavering certa inty. The Law of Attraction is whatever you focus on most of the time, you get. You at tract to you everything and anything you hold in your mind, whether wanted or un wanted. Intention is applied attention. Attention is a word derived from the Latin root, meaning to reach out; to stretch o ut, and so the act of Attention is really a mental reaching out; extension of menta l energy. Intention is where you are mentally reaching out to. The Will is mind force or mental assertion. When you will something, you mentall y assert it. You have the mindset that commands and demands that it must be so, and that it will. Your will gives power to your intention. Will is the outward m anifestation of Spirit. The will is choice of focus. You choose what you focus o n, what you hold your attention on, and where you align your energy towards with your will. The Will is the ruling faculty of the mind. Only the conscious mind has the abil ity to assert the will. One who has no will has no mind, his mind is not his own but is being used by another. Unless we control thought, it will control us. Concentration is sustained focus. Will is the faculty of concentration. Concentr ation requires interest. The relation between concentration and interest is the relation between Will and Desire. The will is concentration of attention. Secret of the Will - The Will is directed by Desire. The trouble with us is that we do not want to do the thing enough to make us exert our Will Power. We don t w ant to hard enough. Strong Will follows strong Desire. The person that never wan ts anything gets little. To demand resolutely is the first step toward getting w hat you want. All operations of the mind are based on desires. Your beliefs abou t your desires form the characteristics of your will. It is most important to ha ve the right beliefs about your desires. It is certain that you have anifest. Deep ery desire is that you can do what you want to do. The desire to do it is proof within you the power which can do it. Desire is power seeking to m down inside you know you can do it, that s why you want to do it. Ev possibility seeking expression through life.

The desire to play music is the power which can play music seeking expression an d development. The desire to speak before millions is the power which can inspir e the world seeking expression and development. The key is development. When there is no power, either developed or undeveloped to do a thing, there is never any desire to do that thing. Power is the ability to do or the capacity to act. When there is strong desire to do a thing, it is certain proof that the po wer to do it is strong. The more unbreakable a desire is, the more unbreakable t he power present is.

Power comes from purpose. It is God that works in us both to will and to do. Desire is based on Purpose. In your strongest desires, you feel a definite sense of purpose which is undeniable within you. Purpose is what defines us and binds us to our design and destiny. Purpose is the Will of the Divine. The stronger the Motive, the greater the concentration. Motive is Purpose Driven Desire for moving forces towards the attainment of a thing. The Will never acts in a direction, which the mind believes impossible. The disb elief acts as a brake on the Will. Belief removes the barrier for the Will to ac t. When you have the realization that there are others out there doing what you are thinking of, it gives you the permission to go totally into it without holdi ng back. Desire Force is Attracting Power. Desire is an emotion and all emotion is energy in motion. The emotion of your desire pulls what you want towards you and pulls you towards what you want. Allow yourself to be authentic with your feeling of w hat you don t want but focus more of the time on what you want. It doesn t matter wh at you want or don t want. What you focus on most of the time, you will get. Focus ing on something gives it the mental life to exist. The Will and Desire are already operating at full blast. It is belief that relea ses or unleashes their power. The more you believe, the stronger your will and d esire will be. Belief is belief in Purpose. Belief realizes Purpose. Belief unle ashes your Desire and Will power according to Purpose.Belief connects your Will and Desire with the Universal Will Power and Infinite Desire. Imagination is the faculty of belief. A person s free will always yields to the imagination. You cannot imagine one thin g and will in the opposite direction. You cannot will yourself to be steady if y ou keep imagining that you will fall. Your will is powerless to make you advance , if you imagine that you cannot. It is absolutely impossible for you to do so. You must will to imagine in accordance to your will. You can aid the Will with the Imagination. As you imagine, your will acts along. The mental picture is the mental force. Where you focus is the direction your w ill acts. Your Will does not need training but your Mind does. The mind is the i nstrument and the supply of Will Power is proportionate to the fineness of the i nstrument through which it manifests. The Will is Feeling Force. Since All Sense is One Sense, to feel is to imagine a nd to imagine is to feel. Will and Imagination are One. All mind power is one mind power. Everything can be resolved into the Will-Imagi nation. Although the Will is directed by Desire and Desire is influenced by Belief, it i s still the Will that chooses the Belief. So it is ultimately the Will directing itself. The reason why this is so is because God created each of us as a Free W ill Entity. We have a self-regulating Will. The extent you succeed in getting something is determined by what you truly beli eve is possible and how intensely you desire the result. A Strong Intent is havi ng the Will and Desire to do whatever it takes to get your intended outcome, cou pled with the Belief that you can actually get that outcome. To sum it up, an intention is what you focus on. It is all a matter of choice. Y ou can choose where to direct your attention to, but choice is based on awarenes s. Once you know, you can choose. Gaining more knowledge about how things work i

n the mind and reality gives you more power to make conscious decisions in life. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ How to Overcome Deep rooted Beliefs Posted by Enoch Tan - Share this article with friends! Print This Post P rint This Post There are times when faced with a focused problem involving two contradicting be lieves, despite your efforts to eliminate the negative one, you can t seem to succ eed because there is a sense of wrongness to question the justification of that be lief. You understand that to move on you must overcome it but you can t seem to do so be cause it has always been in your experience of reality. You try focusing on the positive belief only but at the mean time the negative emerges into your awarene ss too. So how to remove such a deep-rooted belief? The presence of conflicting beliefs doesn t necessarily stop you from achieving su ccess. In the event of conflicting beliefs, the stronger ones will always overri de the weaker ones. It is your dominant beliefs that have the true authority ove r your reality creation. You may not be able to get rid of the negative beliefs completely immediately an d you don t have to. Change happens over time. What matters is which are the thoug hts you hold in your mind more consistently than the rest. Ultimately it is all a matter of focus. Keep your focus on what you want instead of what you don t want. Keep your focus o n what is good and less on what is not good. Over time you will get where you wa nt to be, more than where you do not want to be. Over time, your positive belief s will become more and more real to you and your negative ones will just drop aw ay thereby being automatically eliminated. By doing courage and facing the past, you can turn negative into positive emotio n by finding a different reference to alter your self identity belief. Although your new set of references is small at first, it will build up over time by crea ting more evidence to it. When your positive set of references becomes bigger th an your negative set of references, the latter no longer matters. If you want to eliminate your beliefs directly, you have to examine the roots of your beliefs. Know your meta beliefs (Beliefs about beliefs). You first have to find out the reason of a belief. And know the reason for the reason of that bel ief. Go back as far as you can until you get to the core. Look for the essence. Before you decide to work on eliminating a belief, you first have to find out wh ether is it really a limiting belief? Depending on how you see it, the belief mi ght be both advantageous and disadvantageous to you in different ways. When you make judgments about whether a belief is positive or negative, that is a meta be lief. Before eliminating a weakness one should see what is on the other side connected to it. It may be that the very weakness which we eliminate is not a weakness at all, but rather a necessary part of strength. For example, one who is tenacious may appear to be stubborn. One who is confident may appear to be cocky. One who is zealous may appear to be proud. One who has conviction may appear to be into lerant. So often in our sincere desire to improve ourselves we roll into spiritual surge ry to remove something that appears to be bad but which is connected to the very thing that makes us unique and successful. This is often caused by egocentricit

y and is self-introspection. Many individuals deteriorate because they become d isenchanted with the very qualities that are necessary for success. Your sense of wrongness to question the justification of a belief signifies a beli ef you have about questioning that belief. Ask yourself why do you have that sense of wrongness . And the reason behind that r eason. You have to tackle things on the upper levels before you can properly wor k with things on the lower levels. Every level is always governed by a higher le vel. Beliefs of a higher level govern beliefs of a lower level. Beliefs come from perception. How you perceive a situation in the moment it happ ens will result in forming a belief about what it is. You may believe something as true as it has always been in your experience of reality. Well, how did you p erceive your experience when it happened? What were you thinking about it? How you perceive something is also the meaning you associate with it when it hap pens. Ask yourself I saw this thing happen, so what did it mean to me? Why does i t have to mean that way? What else could it also or actually mean? If you change how you look at it now, you will start to change your beliefs that formed from it. Start looking at it from more perspectives. Look for the one th at empowers you instead of making you powerless. Try reframing the situation. Your current beliefs are strong because they are attached to references that val idate them. A reference is a situation you experienced which caused or resulted in the belief. When you choose to focus on your new beliefs instead, your mind w ill start finding references that validate them or it will literally create them in your reality. Therefore the new references you find will cause you new belie f to free your from the old one. A reference is also determined by perception. If you change the way you perceive the situation you experienced, you will also change the reference or find anoth er one. Finally, are your beliefs externally imposed or internally imposed? You have to ask yourself who is controlling your mind in that area? You or society? You have to be true to yourself. Start asking what do you really belief in even if you t hink it is wrong because others tell you it is wrong. You got to know what your real beliefs are. So real growth comes from three things. Awareness, Authenticity and Focus. Seeking awareness and understanding about how things work in your mind and reali ty, because self knowledge is personal power. Being authentic and looking for es sence because that gets you to the core of things. Focusing on the correct thing s because what you focus on expands. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The workings of the Master Key System Posted by Enoch Tan - Share this article with friends! Print This Post P rint This Post The Master Key develops Mental Power which means that others instinctively recog nize that you are a person of force, of character - that they want to do what yo u want them to do; it means that you attract men and things to you; that you are what some people call lucky , that things come you way that you have come into an und erstanding of the fundamental laws of Nature, and have put yourself in harmony w

ith them; that you are in tune with Infinite; that you understand the law of att raction, the Natural laws of growth, and the Psychological laws on which all adv antages in the social and business world rest. It develops Insight, the kind of Insight which is so rare, the kind which is the distinguishing characteristic of every successful business man, the kind which enables men to see the possibilities as well as the difficulties in every situat ion, the kind which enables men to discern opportunity close at hand, for thousa nds fail to see opportunities almost within their grasp while they are industrio usly working with situations which under no possibility can be made to realize a ny substantial return. The Master Key System does this because it gives you the core knowledge that ena bles you to understand the governing dynamics at work in all situations and over every area of life. It is most important to keep in mind that we attract everything we focus on whet her consciously or subconsciously, and accordingly many people attract unwanted t hings and situations into their lives simply by focusing on them at some level. For example, those with a slight shortage of money might focus on a bill when it arrives worrying about how they will pay it. This focus alone is enough to ensu re that not being able to pay it becomes a reality, and the catalyst for even mo re lack, and a situation that can quickly spiral out of control. In this case the appropriate course of action would now, beyond all possible doubt that it will be paid task to worry about exactly how it will be paid but t is for the Universe to make this a reality and we s process. be to look at the bill and k effortlessly. It is not our only that it will be paid; i must have total faith in thi

So being mindful of our thoughts is all important for using the Law of Attractio n. The biggest misconception that most people have about the statement what you f ocus on expands is that they think what that means is we should ignore our proble ms and pretend they don t exist, in order not to focus on them so they will disapp ear. This is a terrible misunderstanding of the Law of Attraction. Not being aware of your problems is living in ignorance and not paying attention to something in o rder to deal with it is pure stupidity. The key understanding is to focus with the right attitude and an empowering mind set. It is about meta focus. What is it that you are focusing about the thing yo u are focusing on? It doesn t matter whether the thing you are focusing on is good or bad. What matters is whether you are focusing on it in a good or bad way. Th is is the true meaning of What you focus on expands . You can even focus on a solution which is supposed to be a positive thing in a n egative way, by doubting it will work or thinking it takes more effort than you are willing to put in. Which will produce the psychic energy that destroys it, c ausing you to fail before you even begin. You can focus on a bad situation belie ving that it will turn out right and things will go the way you desire them to b e. And that mindset will cause supernatural influence and providence to come you r way, turning what was impossible into possible. So you see your thoughts have the power to turn good into bad and bad into good. That is why There is nothing good or bad, only thinking makes it so. Elbert Gary, the chairman of the United States Steel Corporation, said The servic es of advisors, instructors, efficiency experts in successful management are ind

ispensable to most business enterprises of magnitude, but I deem the recognition and adoption of right principles vastly more importance. That is ultimately true, because knowing the principles that govern everything i s to know how things work. When you know the governing principles, you can use t hem to judge everything, understand everything and control everything with inevi table success. The discovery of a region of law marked an epoch in human progress. It eliminate d the element of uncertainty and caprice in men s lives, and substituted law, reas on and certitude. Men now understand that for every result there is an adequate and definite cause, so that when a given result is desired, they seek the condi tion by which alone this result may be attained. The basis upon which all law rests was discovered by inductive reasoning which c onsists of comparing a number of separate instances with one another until the c ommon factor which gives rise to them all is seen. It is this method of study to which the civilized nations owe the greater part o f their prosperity and the more valuable part of their knowledge; it has lengthe ned life, it has mitigated pain, it has spanned rivers, it has brightened the ni ght with the splendor of day, extended the range of vision, accelerated motion, annihilated distance, facilitated intercourse, and enabled men to descend into t he sea, and into the air. What wonder then that men soon endeavored to extend the blessings of this system of study to their method of thinking, so that when it became plainly evident th at certain results followed a particular method of thinking it only remained to classify these results. This method is scientific, and it is the only method by which we shall be permit ted retain that degree of liberty and freedom which we have been accustomed to l ook upon as an inalienable right. I always believe that truth is self-evident, because you can see its effect all around you. There is no escaping from it, no exceptions. It is consistent and un changing. About The Master Key System Written in 1912 by Charles F. Haanel as a self-study 24-part correspondence cour se, by 1933 The Master Key System had sold over 200,000 copies and then seemingl y disappeared. The book was banned by the Roman Catholic Church in 1933 and was hidden away for more than 60 years. It has been said that Napoleon Hill used The Master Key System to become rich 18 years before writing his own classic, Think and Grow Rich! Rumor has it that while he was attending Harvard University, Bill Gates discover ed and read The Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel. Reportedly, it was this book that inspired Bill Gates to drop out of the University and pursue his dream of a computer on every desktop. You probably know the results It is a Silicon Valley secret that almost every entrepreneur who made a fortune in recent years did so by studying the words Mr. Haanel penned over ninety years ago! Almost every millionaire and billionaire in the Valley read The Master Key System by Charles Haanel. Since this book was no longer in print until recently , copies of The Master Key System became a hot commodity in the Valley. More than a quarter of a million people have used The Master Key System as their

key to self-mastery. Its simple but profound truth is timeless: Thought creates ; you are enabled to choose your thoughts; therefore, you have the ability to cr eate what you choose. This same theme recurs in all great metaphysical, philosop hical and self-help material. Ultimately, what The Master Key System tells us is that all that exists in the w orld without was first imagined and idealized in the world within, in consciousn ess. All external reality is the result of the activity of consciousness and thi s activity is thought. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Speed Reading the Natural way Posted by Enoch Tan - Share this article with friends! Print This Post P rint This Post Super Reading which is speed reading the natural way, is the one true way that h elps you to read faster than ever before. In the past it may have been difficult for you to speed read, because there was still a lot you did not know about in this world and you also had not yet discovered the Integrative Mindset to work w ith new information you encounter. Through growing up, you ve learned a lot of things that enable you to understand f urther information you come across. You have a whole background of knowledge you could use to access new knowledge. It is all about making connections, the fast er you can integrate what is new what with what you already know, the faster you can read. The most crucial thing is that it is not the amount of knowledge you have, but i t is about attaining the mindset that all these knowledge is related to one anot her in an inseparable and unified way. And to use this Integrative Mindset to ha ndle all knowledge whether past, present or future. The other crucial understanding is that all things have their most simplified an d concise state. Which means there is an essence that you can look for in every piece of information. Every piece of information contains a core. The core is wh at every other part of that information is attached to. The key to super reading is the schema, which is the background knowledge that y ou have in your head that relates the material that you are reading about. The s uper schema follows the framework of unified and simplified knowledge. It is knowledge dealing with knowledge. The more you know, the more you are able to know at an even faster rate. The more you have learned, the faster you are a ble to learn. It is far more easier to build upon what you already know than it is to start learning something completely new. The truth is, there is nothing completely new ever. No matter what anyone says, everything you presently know can be connected with anything new you encounter. The key is to gain the core knowledge of the mind and reality, and you ll be able to use that core knowledge to connect with everything else. Have the mindset tha t all knowledge is unified and therefore can be simplified. To have the integrat ive mindset is to think as a master. So with the combined understanding of the integrative and simplified nature of a ll knowledge, you are able to deal with information as a master. There are some speed reading techniques that still do not work for you, because you find them u nnatural. Any true skill that exists, was first developed naturally by doing thi ngs in the ordinary way. Over time, that things is done better and better until it becomes extraordinary. It becomes an enhanced version of its former state. Re

ading turns into super reading. Doing things the natural way is always the best way because it is effortless and does not undo itself like the unnatural way. You find that you are able to read a lot faster when you do alot of reading. As I read a lot of things that intere st you, it absorbs you and you disappear into your reading. You just go right th rough and come out the other end. Writing is simply crystallized thought. Thought is like water which flows unceas ingly, without form and cannot be grasped fully. Writing pulls thoughts together , gives it structure and presents it to the world in graspable form. It is like crystallizing water by freezing it. It becomes well ordered, structured and obse rvable. Since writing is crystallized thought, the purpose of reading is to derive the k ey thoughts. So you do not have to read every single word. You just need to sift through with the intention of looking for essence. Believe the subconscious mind is capturing everything else that goes through your eyes. Super reading is intention based reading. Everything you do is based on intenti on. When you act with awareness of your intentions, your actions will be powerfu l. Often, your reading will require an awareness of only key information. You don t need to read all of what you do read. Be Choosy. The psychology of super reading is If we do not open our eyes, we will not see . To super read, we must be an open vessel. We must be a sponge ready to soak up inf ormation. The great inhibitor is your own thoughts. Worry, doubt, fear, expectat ion and distraction causes your mind to become cluttered and blocked. This weake ns its receptive faculties. The more mind power you use to think, the less you will have to take in new info rmation. You then have a closed vessel. This is not to say we should not think. There are two separate mental processes that we use to operate with. One is thou ght and analysis, the other is gathering data. We should use both processes well in the right manner at the right time. When we are super reading, we should be in gathering data mode. When a person is super reading, he might make some mistakes but he wouldn t be bot hered by them. Good super readers won t waste a second of valuable thought time on mistakes. Instead they re off zooming ahead to soak up more information. This is the whole secret for putting you into the mental state of super reading. You put yourself into gathering data mode but you can choose to switch into thought and analysis whenever you want to. Before you go into speed reading of anything, have the belief that what you are reading is easy to read, and that you can read it fast and finish it in a shorte r period of time. Then let your reading flow from word to word, line to line, pa ge to page, sometimes skipping sometimes flowing, all following your intentions for reading. And stopping when appropriate to rest or think. 1. Realize that what you re about to read is related to what you already know. 2. Get into the flow state of mind for your reading. 3. Have the intention of looking for essence as you read. 4. Flow through your reading like the information is already yours. 5. After reading, walk around and think back about the key portions that you ve re ad. The great secret of speed reading is concentration and organization. Speed readi ng is a state of mind where your attention is so well absorbed in the content th

at you are able to flow through. The concentration is a quieting of the mind and shutting off from all distracting useless mental activity so that there is full power directed in your reading. When your thoughts and the writings you read ar e well organized, you are able to concentrate and process information better and faster. Proper concentration is a state of mental quiet, where there is peace of mind. W here there is harmony between the conscious and subconscious mind. The concentra tion is partly conscious and partly subconscious. It is not a constricted concen tration but a relaxed and free one. There is a balance between tension and relax ation. Concentration is simply sustained focus. You can concentrate better when your ps ychic energy is freed up for the task at hand. That means your mind is fresh for the task because you have resolved other things that needs to be settled. Concentration requires interest. Concentration is will and the will is directed by desire. You must have a powerful desire to know what you are reading about. T he more you desire, the more you will focus naturally. The stronger the motive, the greater the concentration. It all begins with desire. Desire is the starting point of all power. Memory of reading requires understanding. Research shows you can only remember w hat you understand. Reading the front and back covers, first and last page alone can give you the overall idea but it is not enough for complete understanding. All the knowledge and people in the world are advice for you to choose to accept or not to. When you read and you come across things you do not yet accept, simp ly bypass them and focus on what you re looking for. Don t allow yourself to get con fused or stumped. If the author isn t clear, move on. Keep plowing. Skim or skip b oring and irrelevant sections. You are the master of what you are reading when nothing holds you back. You may accept certain things later but what matters for now is what you can accept curr ently. Having this mindset enables you to move right along with unhindered progr ess. Remember, not every material is meant to be speed s tell you, it is nonsense to think that way. You read just makes you want to slow down and read it e is a reason that makes you want to read it that territory that you re supposed to cover at normal understanding of it. read. Unlike what other expert will sense when something you at normal speed. You know ther way. Usually it is new mental speed in order to develop proper

Handwriting i s psyche in print. A person s natural handwriting reveals a lot about the true na ture of a person. What you re looking for is right before you, if you know how to see it. The beginning stroke is pretty commonly taught in American schools. Some make a very tiny little loop, which in our books is called jealousy. The p, is commonly called desire for responsibility. A metaphor I would use, ld work really hard, you may even work for free really hard, because you people big loo you wou want th

Because you will work really hard, and eventually, you will find yourself in sit uations of responsibility. So that can be a positive way to do that. But here is the deal. The root cause is the need to be loved by lots of people. Let s be more efficient. Let s just get to it. Let s not worry if people like me or not, or respo nsibility, I want to be efficient. What s stopping you from achieving is you re putting a lot of extra fluff in your li fe that you don t need, 30 and it s denying you from achieving your best because you r e wasting a lot of time and energy where you don t need to be wasting time and ene rgy. Drop the fluff! Drop the little lead-in stroke. Drop anything that is unnecessary in your handwriting. Anything don t need added i nto your handwriting is a bit of a stall, a bit of a bluff, it s a bit of an insul ator, it s a block in your way. Drop it. Get rid of it. Signature that is illegible begets a particular amount of arrogance, or a certai n amount of speed, which says, I don t think I need to slow down where people can r ead my name. They should type my name. Because I m too good to actually spell out my entire name, and I m in too much of a hurry, frankly, so they ll just have to fig ure it out. Every time you do that, you re making a statement to yourself and to the rest of t he world, saying, This is me, I m too busy for myself and for you. This is all you re getting. Blechh. Well, you need to slow down a little bit here, because there is a great life going on, and I don t think people are getting the opportunities to see the best of you, if you do that style of signature. If you change your signature, you can change and strengthen traits in your perso nality. It also suggest to me that it could be possible signs of stress from above and b elow, affecting your best from being expressed at the moment. When you start to get the letters where they re totally illegible, it s like almost that you don t have the energy to go out and make the letters. Sometimes, you re so clever people don t understand what the stuff you re going on abo ut is. Sometimes you may be a little bit too elite, and you get bored so quickly that you just couldn t be bothered, you think, Unless you guys are going to stimul ate me, I am up and out of here, or I m going to stir things up and make it fun an d interesting for myself. If you could learn to sign your name and actually show all the letters, so it s le gible, that will help you to be more authentic. Sign your full name and give yourself an underline under it. What this does, it says, I m going to slow my life down. I m going to take control of my life. I m not goi ng to allow the world to dictate to me, and I m not going to run and make a victim of myself, reacting for the world. You re going to be more in charge of the world, which is a better way to be. We all tend to make our signatures when we re 14, 15, right? And we lock it in. Bu t do we evolve? You know, we change jobs, attitudes, cars, locations, partners, but we keep the same old silly signature which locks us into that emotional inte nsity of a 14- or 15-year old. Fine if you re 14 or 15, but when you get 25, 30, 4 0, you want to think about changing your signature so it reflects who you are no w, or who you would like to evolve into.

Your signature is your authority in the world. It s how you see and present yourse lf, and every single time you do it, every single time you do it, you make a sta tement to yourself and to the rest of the world. So if you want the world to per ceive you this way, this is how they are going to perceive it unconsciously. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Face reading is Mind reading Posted by Enoch Tan - Share this article with friends! rint This Post Just face it. A person s character and personality traits are written on his face. The secret of the face is in the eyes. They are the main features that express everything tha t is going on within a person. There is a saying in chinese art of face reading that a person s facial features c ome from the heart. Chinese face reading talks about the fortune and status at every point in his ag e. Since the past and the future exist in the Eternal Now, the information of a person s past and future is revealed in the present. Outer reflects the inner. Your face reflects your inner thoughts and beliefs. Yo ur fate is determined by your beliefs and mindset. Your face does not determine your fate, it merely reflects it. This is the crucial truth that people overlook in face reading. Even in physiognomy, some people have the attitude that their behaviour is contr ol by their facial and bodily characteristics. They say, Oh when I find myself do ing this behavior, it is not me, it is my hair . Statements like this are untrue a nd downright disempowering. It is attributing control to something else other th an yourself. It is thinking from a very low level of awareness and not understanding the ulti mate cause of a thing. When you understand that your facial feature are only ref lecting and not controlling your nature, you have the awareness that the control is with you. Your facial features have a certain force that perpetuates your behavior, but th at force was set in place by your original thoughts that created your face. But you can override that force by an opposing force of new thoughts and over time, your facial features will change and take on the new force. It works just like habits or programs run by the subconscious mind. They have a force that perpetuates behavior, but when you consciously choose to change them, you will overide the preconditioned patterns and over time diminish them close to nothing or nothing. And you will establish a new pattern of behavior or chara cteristic which will be reflected by a change of your facial features. Silvan Tomkins was a scientist who taught psychology at Princeton and Rutgers. T omkins believed that faces, even the faces of horses, held valuable clues to inn er emotions and motivations. He could walk into a post office, it was said, go o ver to Wanted posters, and just by looking at the mug shots, say what crimes the various fugitives had committed. He would watch the show To Tell the Truth , and w ithout fail he could always pick out the people who were lying. He actually wrot e the producer at one point to say it was too easy, and the man invited him to c ome to New York, go backstage and show his stuff. Paul Ekman first encountered Tomkins in the early 1960 s. Ekman was then a young p

sychologist just out of graduate school, and he was interested in studying faces . Was there a common set of rules, he wondered, that governed the facial express ions that human beings made? Tomkins visited Ekman at his laboratory in San Francisco. Ekman had tracked down a hundred thousand feet of film that had been shot by the virologist Carleton G ajdusek in the remote jungles of Paputa New Guinea. Some of the footage was of a tribe called the South Fore, who were a peaceful and friendly people. The rest was of the Kukukuku, a hostile and murderous tribe with a homosexual ritual in w hich preadolescent boys were required to serve as courtesans for the male elders of the tribe. For six months, Ekman and his collaborator, Wallace Friesen, had been sorting th rough the footage, cutting extraneous scenes, focusing just on close-ups of the faces of the tribesmen, in order to compare the facial expressions of the two gr oups. Ekman set up the camera. Tomkins sat in the back. He had been told nothing about the tribes involved; all identifying context had been edited out. Tomkins looked on intently, peering through his glasses. At the end, he went up to the screen and pointed to the faces of the South Fore. These are a sweet, gent le people, very indulgent, very peaceful, he said. Then he pointed to the faces o f the Kukukuku. This other group is violent, and there is lots of evidence to sug gest homosexuality. Even today, a third of a century later, Ekman cannot get over what Tomkins did. M y God! Silvan, how on earth are you doing that? Ekman said. And he went up to the screen and, while we played the film backward, in slow motion, he pointed out th e particular bulges and wrinkles in the face that he was using to make his judgm ent. That s when he thought to himself, I ve got to unpack the face. It was a gold mine of information that everyone had ignored. This guy could see it, and if he could se e it, maybe everyone else could, too. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
