Separadores de lquido LCY (sin intercambiador) / LCYE

n Aplicaciones Eliminacin de los riesgos que acarrean el retorno del gas refrigerante en fase lquida y la llegada masiva de aceite a la aspiracin del compresor en las instalaciones de refrigeracin y de acondicionamiento de aire. Los separadores de lquido LCY se recomiendan para las instalaciones: sometidas a fuertes variaciones de cargas trmicas en las cuales las larguras de las lneas son importantes que funcionan con inversiones de ciclo. Los separadores de lquido con intercambiador LCYE se recomiendan para las instalaciones, con poco recalentamiento de vapores del gas refrigerante a la aspiracin del compresor (refrigerador de lquido, vitrinas bajas temperaturas, refrigeracin de vehculos, etc).

Ventajas CARLY

Productos compatibles con los HFC, HCFC, CFC, as que sus aceites y aditivos asociados. Productos estudiados para la utilizacin de gases refrigerantes no peligrosos del grupo 2 de la DESP 97/23/CE. o La clasificacin de los productos en categoras CE se hace con la tabla DESP 97/23/CE, que corresponde a una seleccin por volumen. o Por su concepcin, los separadores de lquido LCY et LCYE aseguran una separacin optima entre la fase vapor y la fase lquida del gas refrigerante; slo la fase vapor es aspirada por el compresor. o Reduccin de las vibraciones de circuitos baja presin.

Las prdidas de carga son bajas y no sobrepasan 0,3C. El intercambiador trmico permite el aumento del efecto frgorifico del gas refrigerante, por un subenfriamiento del lquido alta presin, ms arriba de la vlvula de extensin; por lo tanto, evita los riesgos de presencia de gas a la entrada de la vlvula de expansin. o Un orificio en la parte baja del tubo interior asegura la extensin del lquido y el retorno al compresor del aceite pudiendo ser atrapado en el interior del separador de lquido. o Un orificio en la parte alta del tubo interior da una seguridad, en caso de exceso de lquido en el separador. o A partir de los modelos LCY 1517 S/MMS y LCYE 1513 S - MMS, presencia de un racor en parte baja para un retorno de aceite por gravedad. o Productos certificados GOST.

* La capacidad del separador seleccionado en kg de gas, debe ser superior al 50% de la carga total de gas refrigerante de la instalacin. * El montaje siempre tiene que ser en posicin vertical, lo ms cerca posible del compresor y a la misma altura. * Para evitar la formacin de hielo en los separadores de lquido, CARLY aconseja

que se los aisle trmicamente. * Para un funcionamiento ptimo, la velocidad de paso del gas refrigerante en los tubos de los separadores de lquido, debe situarse entre 8 y 12 m/s; para valores de velocidad inferiores, el retorno de aceite al compresor no estara garantizado. * El intercambiador trmico de los

separadores de lquido LCYE debe estar conectado en serie con la lnea de lquido, entre el depsito y la vlvula de expansin de la instalacin. * Precauciones generales de montaje: vase el captulo 115.

n SELECCIN

DE LOS SEPARADORES DE LQUIDO LCY / LCYE

PARA LA SELECCIN DE UN SEPARADOR DE LQUIDO CARLY (LCY/LCYE) HAY QUE TENER EN CUENTA DOS COSAS:
1 La potencia de la instalacin no debe ser superior a la potencia mxima admisible del separador seleccionado. 2 El retorno del aceite est asegurado cuando la potencia de la instalacin no es inferior a la potencia mnima aceptable del separador seleccionado.

SELECCIN DEL MODELO DE LCY/LCYE CON AYUDA DE LA POTENCIA FRIGORFICA DE LA INSTALACIN

Curvas de seleccin potencia frigorfica MAXIMA en funcin del gas utilizado (vanse las pginas 33.4 y 33.5) Consultar en la curva la potencia frigorfica de la instalacin y la temperatura de evaporacin: si el punto de funcionamiento se encuentra entre dos curvas: tomar la curva superior.

Curvas de seleccin potencia frigorfica MNIMA en funcin del gas utilizado (vanse las pginas 33.4 y 33.5) Consultar en la curva la potencia frigorfica de la instalacin y la temperatura de evaporacin: el punto de funcionamiento tiene que encontrarse por encima de la curva del separador seleccionado. En caso contrario, elegir un separador menos importante.

SELECCIN DEL VOLUMEN DE LCY/LCYE CON AYUDA DE LA CARGA DE GAS DE LA INSTALACIN

Tabla de seleccin (vanse las pginas 33.6 y 33.9) La capacidad del separador seleccionado en kg de gas a 30C, debe ser superior a la mitad de la carga total de gas de la instalacin.

El dimensionamiento de un producto implica por parte del comprador que tenga en cuenta las condiciones en las que va a ser utilizado el producto (temperatura - presin - fluido - aceite - medio ambiente exterior). Los valores de las tablas de seleccin propuestas en el catlogo CARLY corresponden a condiciones de pruebas precisas.
