1 S & W can go ahead with the panel fabrication subjected the following modifications as listed below a) Additional Panels for two buscouplers shall be provided with lamps aux relays control switches etc as required for control,interlock and annunciation Sterling wilson will revert on commercial implications if any on the same. 2 BOM shall include all the devices with type and model number shown in wiring drawing 3 Control and indication circuits shall be suitable for 48V DC,only for engine controller 24V DC shall be used. 4 The potential coil of all instruments and meters shall be suitable for 110V AC obtained through PT instead of 415V supply 5 The panel shall provide control switch and indicating lamps for Neutral switch of DG all Aux relays and other hardwares shalll be supplied for interlock and annunciation schemes for the same 6 Control schematics for neutral switch control interlock and annunciations shall be furnished 7 Four No CT's for REF protection will be supplied loose by siemens and same shall be mounted in Local isolation panel and wired to 64R Dimension of CT are :Window 60x40mm,overall 200x200 mm & stack height 85mm 8 CT's for 51N will be in siemens scope and CT shall be wired to 51N relay by sterling wilson 9 CT's for MFR13 GPX relay shall be located on neutral side refer to the schematic enclosed 10 TTB's shall be used for protection and metering and shorting type terminal blocks shall be provided for CT's 11 The model number and applicable literature of the GSM shall be furnished for the scheme. 12 Bistable relays of AREVA shall be used instead of Aux contactors for cicuit breaker contact multiplication.Omran or equivalent relays shall be used for multiplication of protective relay contacts 13 The initiating contacts Reference shall be clearly indicated in the drawing 14 Logic diagram shall be furnished for operation of PLC micrologic controller 15 Sterling wilson shall revise their DG operating scheme and nuetral switching scheme as explained 16 Mimic diagram shall be furnished for approval 17 DBR shall be No volt relay of Areva make instead of contactors 18 Copy of Siemens DG PCC drawings shall also be forwarded for sterling wilson for clarity 19 All other comments will be listed in the drawings PCPL shall forward the commented copy of DG set control panel to Sterling wilson by 25.09.08
