Eat what is good? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and delight yourself in abundance. Is.55:2. It is important to be careful about what we eat because the intake determines our health. Many diseases we encounter today are consequences of our wrong culinary choices. If the food we eat can bring forth physical death, the food that our mind consumes regularly can kill our soul and spirit too. Just as our body needs food, our soul and spirit too need nourishment. The Holy Spirit warms us not to spend money for what is not bread and wages for what does not satisfy. Everyday our mind needs something to eat delicious or malicious. Our mental eating habit consequently produces healthy or unhealthy spiritual personalities. Bible talks about much unhealthy mental junk food; a few are mention below. Gossips. Ego. Bitterness. Temptations. Disappointment. The word of God says, Put aside all this junks foods and long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation (1Peter 2:1). The source of life for man is not just from the physical food he eats. The word of God says, Man shall not live by bread alone but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God (Matt. 4:4). We should eat the word of God on a daily basis, tasting its sweetness and power. How sweet are Your words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth Ps.119;103. The word of God is the food that every mind needs in this world. It is the sweet and powerful because God himself is the sources of this food. My son, eat honey for it is good, Yes the honey from the comb is sweet to your taste: know that wisdom is thus for your soul; If you find it, then there will be future, and your hope will not be cut off. Let us be careful about what we feed our minds every day. God Bless You.

Monthly newsletter of Tripura Christian Fellowship (TCF) Delhi

God in his amazing blessing has given the vision in our hearts regarding Tripura Christian Fellowship (TCF) Delhi. Because of his amazing guidance and the leading of the Holy Spirit today we are growing strong in numbers and strength. Rev. Rick Warren inspires the mission and vision of TCF from the book The Purpose Driven Church. There are five main vision & purpose for the existence of TCF as commanded to us by Jesus in Matthew 22:37-40 and Matthew 28:-1920 Worship by Loving the Lord with all our heart Ministry by Loving our neighbours as ourselves Evangelism by Going and Making disciples of all nations Fellowship by Going, Baptizing and Teaching Discipleship By Following what Jesus commanded us to obey I pray that, as TCF Delhi grows in coming days we might also become like the early believers and followers of Jesus as shown to us in Acts 2:42-47: They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favour of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. May God bless us, Amen. Bonnie Debbarma Secretary, TCF Delhi. Our Beloved Nilkamal will live Forever. Lt. Nilkamal Kalai was born on 22nd April 1989, in a small village Brahmacherra, Teliamura. He studied at Montfort School from kindergarden to class 10. He joined Holy Cross School, Agartala for class 11 & 12. Later in 2008, he joined Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Delhi University, opting English Honours. He was our best friend. Though we spend little time with him, we shall live in our heart forever and never forgotten. He breathe his last breathe on 26th January 2011, at ARMI hospital, Salt Lake, Kolkata. May God bless his soul... And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died." (1 Thessalonians 4:13 14)

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and open the door, I will come into him. Revelation 3:20.
