Weekly Activity Report April 1-6, 2013 On April 1, 2013, Police Trainees assigned at Station 4 under my supervision reported

to the said station in the morning. A roll call formation then followed for the checking of attendance and a short briefing regarding their activity and their vital role in the street. Afterwhich, they proceeded along Quirino Hi-way to conduct patrol as assigned. In the afternoon, they reported at Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City as ordered through a memorandum from the Office of the Regional Plans and Training Division (RPTD) NCRPO. Said trainees stayed there on the following day for their graduation rites re: Seminar on Laws and Jurisprudence. On April 3-6, 2013, they reported at Station 4 to conduct patrol along the aforementioned road as we usually do for purposes of securing the people and observation of any unusual event. They left the said area at 5:00 in the afternoon upon the end of their tour of duty with no untoward incident happened. April 8-13, 2013 As usual in our daily routine, Police Trainees under my leadership reported at Station 4 at 8:00 in the morning for their checking of attendance followed by a short briefing with regards to their daily activity including the significance of their presence in the street. They patrolled along Quirino Hi-way to let the people feel their presence and posted in different locations such as mall, pawnshop and other business establishments to ascertain the security of the people residing in the community against the violators of the law. Later, they left the area at 5:00 in the afternoon with no untoward incident happened. Daily Activity Report April 1, 2013 Our team reported at Station 4 at exactly 8:00 in the morning for our checking of attendance and a short briefing from our Field Training Officer PO3 Marcial A. Licaycay regarding our activity for the whole day. We then patrolled along the vicinity of Sta. Monica and in the afternoon, we proceeded at Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City as ordered through a memorandum from the Office of the Regional Plans and Training Division (RPTD) NCRPO for our practice for graduation re: Seminar on Laws and Jurisprudence. We left the said Camp at exactly 5:00 in the afternoon. April 2, 2013 We attended our Graduation Rites on Seminar on Laws and Jurisprudence and left the Camp at 5:00 in the afternoon. April 3, 2013 At exactly 8:00 in the morning, a roll call formation was conducted for the checking of attendance. Afterwhich, a short briefing from our Field Training Officer (FTO) with regards to our activity for the day followed. We conducted foot patrol along the vicinity of Sta. Monica and observation for any unusual event. Our team left the area at 5:00 in the afternoon when our tour of duty ended with no untoward incident happened.

April 4, 2013 As usual in our daily routine, we reported at Station 4 at 8:00am for the checking of attendance and briefing from our FTO regarding inherent police duties while conducting patrol. We posted in front of Nova Mall to secure the people against snatchers and other related unlawful activities. We also help people crossing in the Pedestrian lane to avoid accident and left the place at 5:00pm where our tour of duty ended. April 5, 2013 At exactly 8:00am, a roll call formation for the checking of attendance was conducted followed by a briefing from our FTO regarding our activity for the day to include the area of assignment. We patrolled along the vicinity of Sta. Monica for purposes of monitoring and securing the people. We left the place where our tour of duty ended at 5:00 in the afternoon with no untoward incident. April 6,2013 At exactly 8:00 am our team reported at station 4 for the checking of attendance and a short briefing from our FTO regards to our activity for today, after which we proceeded to our area of responsibility in front of Nova Mall. We conduct foot patrol and police visibility. Our team left the said area at exactly 5:00 pm where our tour of duty ended. April 8, 2013 At exactly 8:00 am our team reported at station 4 for the checking of attendance and a short briefing from our FTO regards our activity for today, after which we proceeded to our area of responsibility in front of Nova Mall, we assisted the people crossing the pedestrian lane while the other members are patrolling along Quirino Highway. Our team left the said area at exactly 5:00 pm where our tour of duty ended.
