Description Available in 0.2 and 5 m pore sizes, the compact Filling Machine capsule is connected upstream of the filling machine nozzle. Contaminants are filtered out just before the product is packaged. Particulates can be released from the filling machine, filling line, pumps, transfer tubing, or piping. Contamination can occur even in the process of assembling the filling equipment. These problems can result in costly and time-consuming product rejects. The Filling Machine capsule features a convenient vent to release air from the capsule to prevent inaccurate fills. Large pleated membrane filter area provides high fill rates at low differential pressures, minimizing fill volume variability and reducing after-drip waste.
