EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
1.Candidate must complete his/her degree or diploma as on 30/06/2013. If any candidate submits his/her educational certificates completed after 30/06/2013,then his/her candidature will be considered cancelled irrespective of he /she has cleared the written test or interview. 2.if a candidate possess degree/diploma from an unrecognized board/university, then his/her candidature will be considered cancelled irrespective f he /she has cleared the written test or interview.

AGE: 1.The calculation of age will be done as on 30/06/2013. 2.upper age limit is relaxable as per rule/instructions of govt. of india and is specified as under:
a.3 years for OBC b.5 years for SC/ST c.3 years for ESM in any govt service d.10 years for PWD(persons with disabilities)

SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection methodology will comprise of written test and interview. The written test is likely to be conducted in AUGUST, 2013 (tentative). The candidates short-listed in the written test will be required to appear for interview.but for some posts only interview will be conducted.the details are mentioned in the vacancy details.

Written Test
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an objective type written test at any one of the proposed centres. The test will comprise of two sections (i) Technical questions covering the

relevant discipline (ii) General Aptitude covering Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Reasoning and English Language. The Technical section will consist of 100 questions and the General Aptitude section will consist of 50 questions. The duration of test will be for three hours. There will be negative marks for every wrong answer and 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The test will be in English language.total marks for the written test will be 150.the cut off marks will be 75.

NOTE: the candidate can choose 3 test centres of his/her choice.the change in the examnination centre will not be permissible in any circumstances. TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE

Only candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Persons with Disabilities (PD)(degree of disability 40% or above) will be paid Second Class to & fro rail fare (TA) by the shortest route for appearing in the written test. SC/ST/PD candidates are advised to choose the nearest centre to their place of stay as per the mailing address mentioned in their application. However, if a SC/ST/PD candidate prefers to take the test at any other centre, he/she may do so, but the TA reimbursement will be limited to the fare admissible between the mailing address and the nearest test centre.

INTERVIEW
Candidates short listed on the basis of their performance in the written test will be required to appear for an interview and the intimation for interview will be given to the candidates through e-mail And on mobile also. All such candidates will be paid to & fro second class rail fare by the shortest route from the mailing address given in the application to the interview centre.the dates for the interview will be finalized later.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1.candidates can apply only through offline mode. 2.the applications along with the academic certificates and demand draft should reach the head office latest by 25 july 2013. 3.the last date for applying may be extended if needed. 4.fee once paid will no be refunded in any circumstances. 5.candidates who are already in regular service need to produce NOC at the time of interview. 6. Candidate should possess the prescribed educational qualification and age as on 30/06/2013 7.candidates can download their admit card for the written exam from 12 august 2013. 8.candidate must bring a passport size photograph and a photo id proof with the admit card. 9.the syllabus for the written examination will be available on the website from 30 may 2013.
