sanctioning from the local / statutory authorities (strike if not available/applicable).

The said offered Project Land has neither been acquired nor is under any consideration for
acquisition i.e. no land acquisition notice has been served till date by any of the authority.

Boundary wall / fencing have already been done/will be done on the said offered Project.
