METHODOLOGY
In todays world of securitized mortgage(s), a secured tangible home mortgage consists of two parts, the financial obligation (promissory note) in accordance to federal and state law and an enforceable contractual lien instrument which was intended to provide an alternate method of payment secured to the holder of the financial instrument in accordance to state law.
