This Public Consultation Meeting is being hosted by the applicant, and is based on a new policy
adopted by the District of West Kelowna Council. This Open House does not replace the formal
requirement for a Public Hearing. Should this application be scheduled for a formal Public Hearing
in front of Council, all property owners within 100 metres of the subject property will be notified of
the Public Hearing and an advertisement will be placed in the local newspapers. The formal Public
Hearing will provide a second opportunity for public input further into the rezoning process.

Development Location: Tallus Ridge Drive, Mountains Hollow Drive and Paramount Drive
(Tal/us Ridge development)
Development Proposal: This application is a two part request to amend the zoning on
portion of the remaining Tallus Ridge properties from Agricultural
(A1) to Low Density Multiple Housing (R3A); and from Institutional
and Assembly (P2) to Neighbourhood Commercial (C2). As part
of these applications, the property owner is requesting an OCP
Amendment and several additional changes to the proposed C2
Zoning Regulations.
