The patient concluded that he has Bipolar Disorder but when asked how he got such idea, he said that he just knows it and just concluded the condition just by himself without any consultation and confirmation from his physician. Such

Bizarre Delusion
Patient really believes that when he prays in a cave, God would really grant his wish to see things which he did not see before. According to Kaplan, such weird and absurd false belief is called Bizarre Delusion.
